Well I’ve been contacted now my…

Well I’ve been contacted now my Onestream for customer loyalty to sort out the issue of being overcharged even though cancelled. To resolve issue they are willing to waiver the fee (albeit I’d already cancelled) if I take out a new contract. They are completely ignoring my wishes. I’m waiting for Tom H to get back, and also 2 other staff trying to resolve it by selling me another contract. They’ve already been fined for their selling practices by OFCOM. I’d also like to know why you are adding on Kaspersky - a Russian company which has already been banned in the USA and has been recommended not to be used in the UK. How is this ethical?
