Bought DREAMA FLEECE LINED PRINTED…

Bought DREAMA FLEECE LINED PRINTED SLIPPERS and they lasted all of 6 weeks. I only wore them inside and was very disappointed with the quality.

I love Joules clothes usually, but these were far from an acceptable quality - wouldnt buy slippers from here at all.

Bought HD Brows product with faulty… (updated & resolved)

Bought HD Brows product with faulty brush2 days ago - the head fell off on first attempt to use. I feel insulted that I was offered at 10% discount for the issue £2.10 for a faulty brush when the item was pricey in the first place. Anyway I've pressed for a return given that it is useless without the brush. I would have reservations about using the site again. I get the impression that they want to wriggle out of faulty returns and not have the best interest of the customer at heart; nothing to generate customer loyalty or confidence. Lets see how well my return is handled.
I don't like the fact that I also have to print my own label out. This should be included in the original box like other organisations do. Why should I have to pay for something faulty (ink paper fuel ) - highly annoying.

Customer chat was also very slow.


Update: Sue from customer service really helped to rectify the experience I had with the product. I would use the website again & hope that first point of contact is with someone with Sue's customer service skills.
