Review of Wholesale Domestic Bathrooms
I’ve got a cracking looking bathroom which is a positive…. However there have been several issues along the way since the order.
Wrong vanity unit was inputted, meaning I had to drive to Glasgow to get a replacement floating unit which I thought I ordered/requested.
The tiles which showed in stock were not, meaning I had to source elsewhere, at very short notice, without any real help from WD.
The wc flush valve was faulty - we bought another elsewhere.
The shower draining valve was faulty resulting in back up, overflow and taking tiles up, replacing and a days labour charge.
Customer service was not the most engaging and “can do” so whilst our initial visit there dealing with Peter in Edinburgh was very positive and we have a lovely looking bathroom, the nuts and bolts were pretty dire from a customer service perspective and ultimately faulty goods have cost me an extra few hundred quid, so not a happy camper!!!

My wife was sent flowers as a bereavement however the 3 stems of stocks are way past their best, one with a snapped stem. We have used them before with mixed results but these arrived in tge poorest condition I’ve ever seen a flower delivery and much of the bouquet has not revived overnight in water.
They obviously didn’t even read the above as the response says they were selected by my wife when she was sent them!!!

Excellent service from Tile Mountain, having been let down by another supplier, they got me a like for like replacement quickly and saving me money.
Sample arrived a day ahead of schedule, kerbside pallet delivery actually came to the door, 60 metres from the pavement, arriving on time, helpful driver, overall exceeding expectations and hassle free to deal with!!
I actually felt the need to phone and thank them for their great service, thoroughly recommend!!

Always friendly, happy, engaging and interested - lovely to deal with and a great representative for your business - you’re very lucky to have him, always rushing around when I see him but makes time to smile and recognise his customers!! Been with D and G 13 plus years. First issue with boiler, absolutely atrocious customer service, hours on the phone passed from pillar to post speaking to 7/8 people without any practical help or empathy. Very, very poor after thousands of pounds spent, won’t transfer a call to a manager, no idea when complaints team will respond despite telling me yesterday that it would be 24 hours. Won’t chase the third party contractor for a part number that’s no longer available but can’t tell me what the part is so I can source it.
Putting customers in a catch 22 scenario that they cannot escape from is disingenuous and bordering on fraud, given that I’m supposed to have £1500 repair cover in any year.

Made a genuine mistake using the app for the first time to purchase tickets resulting in having to pay fully again on board. This was bad enough, but the sarcastic demeaning way the female ticket collector spoke to me was completely unprofessional and uncalled for. Get yourself some customer service training!!

For several years my son and wife have used boots for their eye needs. In the case of my wife it’s been a bit disorganised, but she gets by. In the case of my 17 year old, it’s been a calamitous cacophony of cock ups on a scale that would embarrass Ryanair on a bad day.
Utterly clueless, wrong prescriptions, check ups, appointments, eye tests, cancelled lenses (we didn’t cancel) - could not be more incompetent at Boots Princes St, Edinburgh. Sat here half an hour for the nth time sorting problems of boots making. My wife’s 30 plus year custom will also go elsewhere.

Biffa are the worst waste contractor I've dealt with in either my business or when I've worked for Plc businesses.
Shockingly bad customer service, response to calls and emails, charging erroneously etc etc
Really best avoided - they bought my previous contractor and for years it's been atrocious so I have voted with my feet and gone elsewhere.

When emailing the review team, there’s never a response….. the casual incompetence of the AA is awesome, but after 20 years, this will be my last membership….. so much for “Gold Status”.

AA responded with a phone number of my previous complaint to give them a call to sort it out.
After speaking to 3 more people who didn’t have a clue going department to department i was given another number to call…….. for customer relations and the number is a dead line!!

Received a response from a complaint telling me my complaint was closed and the response final.
In contradicting what had previously been stated by 2 advisors they now say the did receive my initial change of car form on 13 Jan and emailed me.
in reality I received no email from the AA between 13 Sep and 23 Feb when they say they received my second submission.
Basically gone from not receiving my first form - a lie - to yes we did receive your first form and emailed you - another fallacy!!!
Almost 10 weeks and they can’t give me a date when it will get looked at.
Thankfully they’ve put it back to the admin team..... who’ve messed it up twice already!!!!!

I have used Majestic for many years, particularly Causewayside in Edinburgh and have always received good advice, friendly serice, prompt delivery and a great experience in store from engaged and happy staff.
Majestic are not normally cheapest, but with free tastings and helpful staff, it’s more about value than just price.

Been with the AA almost 20 years, Gold Member for over a decade without issue, but today needed to abandon my car due to incompetent IT on their behalf.
Updated new car details 6-7 weeks ago, but despite seeing a screen saying I’d get a new card if the reg plate appeared on the card, I did not. Car won’t start today and will only attend upon surcharge of £49 as they don’t have a record.
This will be my last year of AA Membership due to their breach of contract.
Your offer below to “look into this” is a total misnomer!!!! Two teams have already looked into it at the time and both concluded you needed up to 8 weeks to investigate and come back to me. Am I to leave my car dumped as a piece of local installation art until you decide or not that you’ve customer interface issues and have broken our mutual contract???

One month on…… absolutely nothing has progressed….. in a month…… nothing!!!
Can’t call back, doesn’t call when asked on landline, withholds number which goes straight to message, no manager has called as requested many times….

Ten months of incompetence, mis selling, not porting numbers properly, my experience has been atrocious.
Customer service and a manager repeatedly wrongly diagnosed the issue blaming talk talk - it was BT who had not processed the request properly resulting in £330 overcharging.
Installation problems left me without comms.
Missold package mooted at saving money but didn’t and 2020 line rental quote almost double 2019.
One year to go on my contract, can’t come soon enough!!
Literally anything is better than this!!!
