Incommunicado

Been trying to speak to Oban regarding an order for several days.
My local Edinburgh store won't help, Oban short staffed, don't answer phone or emails.
Spent £6.5k, can't get parts as I don't know individual components and cannot get response,
Escalated 24 hours ago, still waiting.

Calamitous hopelessness from BT.

Calamitous hopelessness from BT.

Upgraded to digital, mess up with install, left without phone service, broadband and comms, appointments not explained and service from so called specialists, who I'm not allowed to name, claim leaving messages (none received), won't leave a number, respond to emails etc.
Joke!!!! They've threatened to withdraw my services despite being up to date with bills, paid for the previous quarter on 2 September!!!
You can't even get through to raise an IMP which in itself is pointless as they don't even deal with those!!!!
Thirty years of custom and ignored!!!

Usual BT incompetence …

Thought this was a duplicat appointment and was made for a time we were closed by BT.
OpenReach the previous week told us we were good to go, however poor comms by BT left us without phones and credit card operating over Friday afternoon and Saturday morning.

Beyond hopeless

Can't order online due to an issue, can't use a link, phone call dropped to phone banking, 2 hours now wasted to do literally nothing, am on perpetual hold - d spike to 6 agents, 2 in fraud, not good enough!!!!!!!!!!!!

If you're calling for a Credit Card, the direct number is 0800 028 6743, they’re available 24/7.

For our M Plus Current Account, it's 0800 121 7365, they're available 24/7.

The Fraud team will then be able to investigate this further and get your Account back up and running.

Comprehensively Incompetent

The behind the scenes logistics of Waitrose cellar is a coq up of calamitous proportions.
Think multiple emails, conflicting information, deliveries arriving early/late or not at all, postponements, half your delivery arriving the wrong time, the other half missing, payment system not working, taking multiple attempts, sometimes over days!!!
Incredibly frustrating!!!!!

Smart Meter - errrrr no, not smart!!!!

Had an unwanted smart meter fitted a couple of weeks back. I'd voiced concerns over these and that I didn't want one due to mad readings and fire hazards.
Agent replied @no problems in the 2 years I've been here"
Apparently I'm using hundreds of units per day, over 5x that of which I've ever used - chap last Monday said a specialist was going to look into this and come back to me.
I can't get through via phone, online chat and no email response from last week.
I do however have the problem I told them about at the outset. Wildly inaccurate readings without any help resolving the issue and no response!!

Couldn't be more useless if they…

Couldn't be more useless if they tried!!!

Used to be the best bus company in the UK, however an app which shows "live" times which include ghost buses, invisible buses and non existent buses really is as much use as a chocolate tea pot.
BS excuses, poor responses, huge investment in outdated tech (new lamppost solid state tech timetables that aren't app linked) is a total waste of time, effort and money

Waste of Time

The new shop in Edinburgh looks good, I went in to get earrings for my wife on Friday.... the products look good.... the girl who spoke to me upon entry was helpful and pleasant... over ten mins later, after being ignored assiduously despite trying to get attention and watching many customers getting service who arrived long after me I shook my head and walked out. They obviously don't need the business!!! Emailed them, but no response!!

A bye word of unreliability

App doesn't work, ghost buses, no show buses, 2 at once buses constantly, Lothian has gone from a great operator to an unmitigated shambles in a couple of years with a service you can almost guarantee not to do what the app or timetable or tracker says!!!
