My third shocking review in a matter of weeks.
AA responded with a phone number of my previous complaint to give them a call to sort it out.
After speaking to 3 more people who didn’t have a clue going department to department i was given another number to call…….. for customer relations and the number is a dead line!!
Top job AA, you really are alienating me fully
