absolutely useless

Absolutely useless - upgraded Gmail storage and now I have to set up Gmail across all of the devices again. Support team expects you to have the engineering and networking skills to do all of this on your own.

Some drone in the chat just keeps pasting the same messages over and over again without actually reading the questions.

Lied to me several times about calling back, and after few days of waiting, they just told me that they don't have a callback service - basically, someone was lying to me about calling back or about not having the service.

Took the initial payment

Took the initial payment, then started asking for ID verification - fair enough, I tried uploading it, that didn't work, contacting them proved useless.

Few days later I received a message telling me the ID verification failed and my policy has been cancelled, so I had to get a policy with a different provider - which cost me extra £40 per month due to urgency.

Finally, just got an email from them telling me that as far as they can see, the policy is still active, which is of no use to me now, since I already took out insurance with another company.

Why did they take my money if they haven't completed the checks yet? As always, when something is my problem, it's my problem, when it's their problem, it becomes OUR problem.

Terrible so far

Had three weeks to set everything up, still nothing works, I have to wait till midnight, apparently for the service to go live.
The agent didn't find any of the records from the previous conversation (few hours ago), so the team are either lying about keeping those records or him not being able to find them.

Rude, incompetent and condescending

Rude, condescending staff. It is extremely disheartening to have some half-literate, barely qualified clerk in a temporary position of power to treat stressed people that way. Constantly kissing their teeth, telling people "Why aren't you working? Anyone can find a job now!". Do you know how discouraging that is to hear?

They act like you turn up there with a hat in hand, asking for their personal money. I usually pay more in tax than their entire annual salary is, but had to deal with them for a couple of months, and was just generally disgusted.

Terrible

Waiting for the cheque to arrive, it's been almost three months now, I keep getting text messages that the cheques has been sent, but according to them, there are "Royal Mail strikes" - not true, as we have been getting our mail without any interruptions.

What is the point of raising a claim if it can't be paid out properly? Surely, this i snot the first time they have to pay someone, why is it so difficult to process a simple transaction? Also, who still deals in cheques? Online banking has been invented, right?

They are not EXACTLY the same as described, it would help if you saw the items yourselves and compared to the images on the website.

I have taken screenshots of the items on the website, and happy to share them with you, frankly I don't care whether you are making money of this return or not, I just want my money back.

In addition to being wrong colour and material, the boards are stained and chipped.

I am consulting various companies about taking this to the small claims court, as I don't enjoy being spoken to the way it happened, and being charged for your incompetence. The least you could ask from your supplier, who you "pay a lot of money for these products" is to provide images and descriptions that represent the material, colour and quality of the items.

Demanding we pay for courier to return the items and keeping 10% of what we paid for "re-stocking fee".

Disgusting

Considering going through small claims court at this point.

Still no response from these guys, after several months! Trying to get in touch with them over the phone, been on the phone for hours now, no response.

Moved onto a different flight within seconds of booking, still trying to get a refund from them.

Trying to get in touch is horrible, spent around 2 hours each time I tried to call, they claim there is a web chat functionality, but that's never available.

Spoken to 2 people, one of them simply lied about escalating my case, the other promised someone will call within two weeks, another lie.

Got an email response from them once to tell me that I can change the flight dates, why would I want to do that? Now I HAVE to go to Turkey at some point? Where is the logic in that?

expensive, don't clear their collection boxes on time

local collection box overflowing with un-collected packs, why do we need to pay almost £500 and risk the packs not being picked up and obviously being blamed for not sending them on time?

Disgusting

Booked a trip, paid, and between the payment and receiving the confirmation email, they have moved us onto a different flight for the second leg of the journey. Demanding money for making changes that weren't our fault.

Disgusting, waited for an hour to speak to someone, the person had kids in the background and blade my connection on the fact that e can't hear me.

Couldn't change anything, completely useless and HUNG UP after 5 minutes... unprofessional. He will obviously blame it on being disconnected.

Their only solution was for me to cancel the booking (obviously, get charged for it), and lose more money by booking a new trip (with prices hiked up over the time I have been trying to reach them).

Their response to this was equally useless... on the phone now, been waiting for over 30mins now

Liars and amateurs

Overpromised, underdelivered, have the audacity to call you unprofessional when you point out their mistakes.

Don't follow instructions, poorly written work. Agreed to deliver work on 20 Jan, eventually delivered poorly edited and horribly written assignment, missing the deadline by three days, making it a complete waste of time and money. Chasing a refund now.


Not sure if people can see their response here, but they offered a discount for future orders.

The thing is, I need a straight refund, not a discount for orders I will never place. Why would I ever go back to these guys?

Avoid, incompetent warehouse and customer support

Missed some parts in our delivery, it's been going on for over two months now, we still don't have the full bed.

It took at least 4 employees at least 2 weeks to put a bag of bolts together and post it, they only answer one question at a time, so if you asked for/about more than one thing in one call/email, they don't have the capacity or competence to answer them all.

They also sent us the wrong parts, so now we have spare headboard and footboard, which they are still struggling to collect.

I have sent item numbers, screenshots of the manual with the parts highlighted, nothing helps. Hopefully, someone sees this and deals with this.

I imagine they will respond with "someone will call you", which is a lie, as they "don't provide that service" (i.e. callback).

terrible, missing instructions and parts, which the customer "advisor" kept asking to provide numbers for - was I supposed to guess the part numbers without the instructions available?

I had to tell the person three times that I don't have the instructions (in those exact words), not sure what else she thought I could have meant. Eventually, two calls and over 60min of waiting time later, I managed to get the instructions emailed to me and provide the parts numbers, only to find out that it will take few more days to find out whether they have them in stock. Yes, not to receive the parts, just to be told that maybe they don't have them, in which case it means someone just packed the item knowing that there are parts missing.

Completely incompetent

Completely incompetent. When I was dealing with them for our first time buy, took ages for the assigned solicitor (Kerry White) to respond, she mostly ignored calls, voicemail messages and emails, and was never at her desk. Eventually, her colleague took over after I complained to her supervisor.

Sent us paperwork for a wrong property (in Midlands somewhere), which I shredded to make sure it doesn't fall into someone else's wrong hands. Called them several times, sent emails, 3.5 years on, we still don't have any paperwork for our house. Got in touch with them a couple of weeks ago, still no response despite being told that someone will get in touch.

They will probably get in touch after seeing this again and ask me to delete this review like they did last time when I gave them the benefit of the doubt.

It's no too much to ask for the correct paperwork to be sent out, and it's not a complex task, so I'm not sure why they are so slow about it, I guess once they get paid, you are dead to them.
