poor quality, terrible returns policy

Bought a large number of products, turned out to be very low quality and wrong colour. They somehow expect the customers to be expert carpenters and keep saying that we were wrong.

Demanding we pay for courier to return the items and keeping 10% of what we paid for "re-stocking fee".
