I used 001 in March 2021.

To date I have not received the results of the day 2 test. I cancelled the day 8, as by the time it was due the day 2 test was still outstanding.

Despite several requests no refunds have been made. There have however been a variety of excuses for both the lack of service levels and the lack of a refund.

Do not use this company unless you wish to waste your money and your time. They are really not up to the job they purport to be.

Don't buy from this company.I ordered 2 day 2 tests I received 1 day 2 and 1 day 8.I could not register the day 8 test until I had been back 8 days so the test was useless.I have contacted Randox who's tests they were but because OO1 Doctor were a third party they could not help me.
I have emailed OO1 Doctor asking for a refund no reply. What a rip off take your money then they don't want to know they should be ashamed of themselves.

The team at 001doctor have been extremely helpful in helping set up my day 2 Covid test when I arrived into the UK from Switzerland to visit my family. I was impressed by their willingness to cater for customer needs quickly and effectively and would use them again.

I booked Day 2 and 8 PCR tests for me and my partner. The Day 8 tests never materialised. I have requested a refund but their customer services team have stopped responding to me. Judging by these reviews, it seems like many others I have been scammed by this company. Avoid them at all costs.

I ordered two tests… one arrived 11 days late and after I had left quarantine. Never returned my calls & never responded to emails. They are a complete SCAM ! Do not use this “company.” Furthermore it’s a disgrace the British Government isn’t investigating the hundreds of thousands of pounds they have stolen ! And 001Doctor , don’t bother responding. You are thieves and liars.

Do not order from them, this is a scam. I ordered two Day 2 tests that never arrived at my house and they refuse to give me a refund. Their excuse was that my arrival date was not input properly when you can clearly see in my confirmation email that I did. They also said they tried to call me but I never received any email or phone call.
The worse of it is that I found them through the government approved list of providers when it should have never been in there in the first place.

Scam. Never received the day 2 and day 8 tests. Now they are not responding to emails or calls. Looks like I am one of many who have paid £150 for a reference number as described in below article from New Statesman dated 12th April...

I was flying abroad for business and needed a PCR test. The website was very informative and told me what I needed to fly both out of the country and back in. The test itself was straightforward. The staff were friendly and gentle when they took my test. I couldn't recommend this company enough.

I'm surprised by all the negative reviews on this company. The staff were friendly and helpful when it came to booking my test. Results came quicker than I had expected. Overall an amazing experience.

They actually refunded my money in full after one of the CV19 test kits was late, without me even having to ask them to do so. This makes them about the only CV19 test company that isn't an utterly worthless bunch of thieving little turds. As such, highly recommended!

At first I saw all these reviews and thought my goodness this must be a scam…. I was concerned as by then I had already spent £119 on my testing kits… I received day 2 on time and results 48 hours later as mentioned. Day 8 was no where to be found and late how ever when I called to trace the whereabouts I spoke to a lovely guy called Diaz who helped me and rebooked my test but at a clinic explaining some issues they had experienced. He was so kind and helpful and even offered a refund of the missing kit. If this isn’t customer service enough I don’t know what is? he gave me peace of mind during a stressful situation, especially as the reviews on here are not nice to read I really do hope others have experienced better service through 001 Doctor and I hope they are able to resolve any issues as It must be a very busy time for them. Having written the review below, I quickly received a call from this company and was offered a satisfactory option. If they deliver on the promise then I would say good for them for responding and making a gesture to put it right. Fingers crossed.

I ordered day 2 tests but am still waiting. This company is now not on the government approved list and no longer promote day 2 kits on their website (which is useless). Wish I’d gone elsewhere as no reply to my emails and only an answerphone if you ring. Seems I’ve wasted £130!!

At the time of ordering Day 2 and Day 8 Home PCR Test (Amber List), 001doctor was on the list of test providers at the gov.uk website. We never received Day 8 test kit. Day 2 kit came on time but yielded no results. Effectively, we paid £134 for the booking reference number which enabled the traveller to board his plane. What would you call it: good value for money or a government sponsored racket? To quote their support team, "please accept our apologies" but we think 001doctor is a scam.

The solution offered was a full refund, thanks, but does it make it all right? Is 001doctor's objective to protect public health or to stay in a lucrative business? I know what I think.
