DUFF DELIVERY
Having taken time to read the glowing reviews, I took the plunge and ordered a Cube ebike online last Thursday. The staff at Paul's Cycles are polite, friendly and so far knowledgeable and answered my email promptly.
My annoyance is with the courier service they use.
Received a TNT tracking ref.
My bike has been 'IN TRANSIT' since Friday and incidentally it's reached the TNT depot nearest to where I live!
I am unable to get any further information or updates on delivery other than it MAY arrive on Monday before 18.00, that's all you get, no update 'every step of the way' at all. This is very disappointing after spending £2,400!
I have to go to a place called WORK and have a life so I can't keep waiting in days on end on the chance it may be delivered and I miss it as TNT don't give any other info!!!
Paul's Cycles boast a delivery time of 1-2 days, NOT 4 OR MORE!
Why oh why can't they use a decent courier like UPS or DPD?
