My train was cancelled and had to rebook from another station applied for a refund but the booking fee was not refunded

A very good choice of products but certain aspects disappointed me, 1) the first price was given was included an insurance package of £250.00 without even discussing this with me. 2) we were then offered a care package at £50 and not even offered the £30.00 care package. 3) on our order it states a Saturday delivery of £79.00 which we do not need as we have someone available during the week, again this wasn't even discussed with us. 4) we paid a 20% deposit when I understand we could have paid a 10% deposit, again this was not offered to us. A disappointing start to out first visit to SCS
