My train was cancelled and had to rebook from another station applied for a refund but the booking fee was not refunded

We keep a close eye on our fees to make sure we're always putting your money to the best use, as well as giving you the best value. The booking fee even in the event of a cancelation is non-refundable as we charge a booking fee for our service. The refund for the entire ticket value is provided by the operator as failure to provide a service.
