had a mirror delivered from Dunelm by…

had a mirror delivered from Dunelm by DHL, opened the packaging to find it smashed. Had a replacement delivered by DHL, also smashed. Suspect these packages which are marked ‘fragile’ with a big picture of a mirror on them are thrown around like any other package

ITVX is poor compared to ITV Hub

ITVX takes ages to load and keeps throwing me out. When you go back in, unlike other catch-up channels it doesn’t take you to where you left off. Why have we gone from ITV Hub which worked perfectly well to a ‘broken’ ITVX channel?

Extremely poor service from PayPal

Extremely poor service from PayPal. Waited for 6 months for a parcel to be delivered. They said seller claims to have delivered it - even though they cannot provide proof. PayPay just wants to close the case to add to the ‘resolved’ cases. Very disappointed.

DO NOT order from this company, coat my wife ordered 6 months ago never arrived. PayPal are investigating but initial response was they said it had been delivered. Intend to pursue getting our money back.

Bought a corner sofa from the Metro …

Bought a corner sofa from the Metro Centre, Gateshead. Very comfortable and excellent build quality. Sales assistant gave straightforward information and advice but without the heavy sales pitch. You can also buy from Sofology online but unlike some online-only companies customer services can easily be contacted by phone!
