Absolute scam. Ordered shoe boots Sept 2020 and paid for. No delivery and they stop responding to any emails. Do Not Order from them at all. Disgraceful.

I had the same issues ordered coat never came several emails back and forth to them with different excuses, yet tracking number said it was delivered. For those of you with no joy through PayPal go to your local post office, mine were great and provided confirmation that the tracking number was delivered to a different address and not mine and I luckily got my money back from PayPal.

I wish I had read the reviews before ordering. I ordered and paid for a jacket nearly a year ago, countless emails sent and I get the same response from Tony each time saying due to the pandemic things are taking longer and apologising. I have asked several times for my money back.

I ordered 2 coats 8 months ago, never received them. I have had 7 months of them replying to my e-mails, but today my e-mail was 'address not found'!! I will never trust any ad like this one ever again, which is a shame cos honest companies will miss out on business.

Exactly the same. Never received the coat or refund. All emails now being returned. Have tried via PayPal to get my money back. No joy at all. Gutted. I can't afford to lose that amount of money. Total scam. 😡

Same experience as everyone else. I ordered a coat in September that has still not arrived. I have sent countless emails to chase this. I have sent a claim to Paypal which they have rejected on the basis that they have received a delivery confirmation from Peekachill.

Absolutely horrendous company. Ordered September, tracking says delivered, item never received. Countless emails to company, eventually emails returned undelivered. PayPal initially refused claim due to fake tracking information but I persevered and eventually got a refund. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM PEEKACHILL.

Scammers. I ordered a jacket in Sept last year and have been repeatedly fobbed off with excuses as to why it hasn't come. Have asked to be referred to a Manager to no avail. They just ask me to be patient. Wish i had checked Trustpilot first.

Awful experience. I ordered a jacket that never arrived. Lots of customer service emails explaining it was on it's way. I then received a message to say it had been delivered. When I challenged this they said it was an incorrect tracking number and would send be a new one. After endless meeting it never arrived and I logged a complaint with paypal. PayPal took their side saying they had proof it had been delivered!!! It never had! Avoid at all costs... Can't believe they are still able to advertise as obviously a scam company!

Peekachill are scammers, they palm you off with e-mails, fake tracking, been sent to wrong address, nothing ever gets delivered. Do not waste your money!!!!!! You will receive nothing!!!!! Despicable people!!!!🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

AVOID I wish I had read reviews on this Company. DO NOT ORDER from them you will never receive anything. WHY DOESN'T FACEBOOK REMOVE THEM FROM THEIR SITE.

If I could give no stars I would. I ordered in July 2020 and some 9 months in still not received. Refund not forthcoming and excuse after excuse. Complete scam!

Only put 1 star to be able to write review. DO NOT ORDER!! They take your money and never deliver. Constantly tell you to be patient then stop accepting your emails. Look at TrustPilot reviews. Absolute SCAM

Literally had the same experience as everyone else. Ordered a coat in September and when by November it didn't arrive I looked at the tracking and it hadn't moved from its last location in China. I emailed several times given excuse after excuse and told to be patient. After my final email came back undelivered I contacted tried to claim through Paypal. I included copies of our emails and also having just seen other reviews on trustpilot told them others were having similar issues. My claim was rejected as they had given them evidence of it being delivered! This is exactly the same issue I see others have had and yet Paypal still does not acknowledge this is a scam. I will be more wise now when it comes to buying online and my trust in Paypal is now gone.

Similar to others on here - paid £45 for a coat in September 2020, and it never arrived. After chasing, was given a tracking number (all results in Chinese), and the supposed parcel went around and around for a very long time - several cities in China. It then updated to arrived at Langley, and then said it was delivered at Langley (I don't live in Langley). I contacted them was told it got lost and they would re-ship it. I requested a refund, but they insisted on updating with the item in a few days. Nothing arrived. They said they had re-shipped it, and said again to wait a few days. At this point (Feb. 2021), I raised a dispute with Paypal. In March 2021, Peekachill provided a fake confirmation of delivery, and my case was closed. I am currently wrangling with Paypal, who says they have to "represent the seller account" as well as the buyer. Talk about adding insult to injury!

I ordered a coat in October. My money was taken. The tracking number they gave me didn't work. Months after they said they had given me the wrong tracking number and gave me another one. Conveniently this tracking number showed as delivered. Only thing is, Royal Mail don't deliver on Sundays. PayPal have believed them because it says delivered. I still have no coat and no refund and they are now ignoring my e mails

Paid for a coat in September 2020 and I still have not received it, everytime I email they tell me to be patient and that it's on its way!!! Don't buy from these it's a complete scam. I will not trust a Facebook advert ever again!!!

This is an appalling business. Payment is taken, goods are not delivered or are wrongly delivered. Their communication is dreadful, misleading and inaccurate. You will not receive refunds nor win with Paypal resolution. Give your money to charity instead. It will do more good. Avoid at all costs.
