Excellent Service!

I took a chance on this company - spending a few hundred pounds. I WAS ABSOLUTELY BLOWN AWAY!!! The ease to purchase - the SPEED in delivery and the QUALITY of the 8 plush chairs purchased was OUTSTANDING. My only fret was the delivery courier rang me out of the blue (48 hours after date of purchase), to let me know he was at my door with my order, whilst I was at work so would potentially have to be left outside my front door. Perhaps the method of delivery notifications could be more efficient? Fortunately I was able to speed home and the driver actually helped me take in the delivery. After initial purchase I checked the reviews, they were not good to say the least but I believe this was due to previous company’s Receivership situation and Shabby.co.uk inherited unfortunate customer lost orders and (understandable) negative reactions as a consequence. I hope this relay of my experience via review goes someway to reassure that Shabby.co.uk delivers to high customer specification, quality merchandise and service - from payment to delivery.

No order received and bank won’t refund Having ordered a mirror fit £454 in…

Having ordered a mirror fit £454 in November which never arrived despite a number of emails promising it would arrive, my card provider won’t issue a refund on the money due to me paying via debit card and company going into administration. So now left £454 out of pocket and no mirror which I saved long and hard for. So what happens now that a new company has taken over Shabby from the administration and all of our missing orders and money?

Very Poor Customer Service

I never leave reviews because I think we all make mistakes but I am very disappointed with this company avoid at all cost. I ordered a mirror last year it was on sale and it arrived damaged after a long wait. I emailed straight away and made follow up emails and they never bothered to respond. There's no phone number the customer service is appalling. I want my money back Shabbystore order #150062208

Fraud

Awful, fraud website!!!
You spend hundreds on furniture which never arrives, no refund given.
Their website states it can take 8 weeks to arrive, which doesn’t come & by then your bank can’t get your money back as it’s been too long.
This company doesn’t deserve 1 star.

If I could rate 0 stars I would. I think she level is service I have been shown is absolutely shocking. I ordered x3 mirror wall art back in NOVEMBER 2021, but only received x2 mirror wall art. I have emailed numerous of times and was told that the remaining part of my ordered had been shipped, it’s now March and I’ve had no update, no deliver confirmation, no delivery date. I haven’t been offered to be compensated in anyway shape or form. This was a Christmas present brought that is now extremely over due! Absolutely disgusting. Is it even on its way? Are you even trying to resolve the issue? Are you even bothered? I will NEVER order from here again.

After a long wait my item finally arrived but broken in pieces on 14th December . A replacement was promised on 7th January but obviously this has not materialised and wont at this stage. First and last time ordering from them!

I received my order which was damaged, no response to email after I sent photos.. however ! I have managed to get a refund by contacting my card provider :)
