What happened?

Christmas cards and packets being opened, parcels not arriving , parcels to be collected tracking numbers don't work and parcels being taken from my door step that other couriers have left !
What happened royal mail to the once great service ???

Waited over 5 weeks for a refund or my order and nothing and no contact !
I managed to claim my money back with my banks help !
DO NOT buy from these people, they will take your money and that's all they are good at !

The most ignorant company !

The most ignorant people I have ever dealt with ! Taken money and not sent toilet roll so I left negative feedback !
I then get called a drama queen on facebook because I replied saying I have had no further updates on my order !
A week has passed so far and nothing !
Customer care is severly lacking with this company

Do not waste your time buying from this company !

2 weeks have now past and I have not received the toilet paper nor had a refund, avoid these scammers !

Used to be great now a joke !

Used to be great, now beyond useless ! Lucky if we get 2 deliveries a week now and who knows what days they will be. Put in a complaint and its still the same. Been like this for the past few months.
No point paying for a quick delivery service anymore as items we buy online just sit in the delivery office for days until someone can be bothered to bring them out.

Beyond useless !
Couldn't be bothered to come out and deliver my parcel instead they put in an excuse saying house is inaccessible, yet EVRI was able to deliver a parcel without any hassle today.
Avoid using this useless lot !

First and last time I order…

First and last time I order extinguishers from this company !
The 3 litre multi foam extinguisher was dated 2022, nearly a year old and the pressure needle was barely in the green to indicate not fully charged. So much for being new extinguishers!
Avoid !
Customer service is beyond appalling and non existent.
Clearly these extinguishers are not checked before being sent out and they rely on people not checking them.

Clearly you're not telling the truth about trying to reach me as I have emails from your so called customer service trying to sort this faulty extinguisher you have sent me.
Barely in the green may be acceptable to you but not to me it's not ! It's clearly shows the extinguisher is not fully charged !
I paid for a fully charged extinguisher !

I am very sorry about any confusion over fire extinguisher dates. We have tried to reach you a few times but cannot get a reply.

Our supplier is the only UK supplier of 3 litre multi-foams and they are not as popular as other models. For that reason they are only manufactured in batches once or twice a year. It's similar to many new cars that are built and then stored at airfields waiting to be purchased. Their warranties start from when they are registered even though they may have been made a year or so earlier.

Your extinguisher's warranty starts from the date you receive it, not from the date of manufacture. We also give you a unique 6-year warranty to ensure it is covered until its first British Standard "extended service".

You mention the gauge being "barely in the green". Please note that anywhere in the green area is perfectly acceptable. The range of the green section covers varying temperature and weather pressure. The red area is bad, green is good.

You are also covered by our 100% Money back guarantee where we will collect and refund or exchange if you are not happy.

Total of 13 parcels now stolen by evri/hermes, they get to the local depot then nothing, they just vanish.
Avoid using this courier at all costs !
No point emailing a complaint as nothing ever changes and they keep my parcels.

Evil government dept

This evil service doesn't deserve 1 star but no other choice but to leave a star. Just like I have no choice how to live because the cms takes as much money as they can out of me. Being a forced nrp the cms sees me as a never ending ATM. They openly encourage mothers to keep children away from their fathers so they can scam more money of the nrp.
False arrears and trying to call to complain and get a useless person on the end of the phone who hasn't a clue what they are doing and can barely form a complete sentence.
This government department is not fit for purpose and is guilty of forcing so many men to suicide !

Dpd driver is a liar !

Your driver Colin is a liar ! Said I wasn't in tonight when I was, I had my lights on in the house yet the picture he took is to dark to see anything !
I paid for next day delivery as I need my parcel urgently, if you can't do your jobs then don't offer a next day service.
You are as useless as hermes/evri !

DX can't be bothered

Waited in all day for 2 parcels to be picked up and they waited until 4pm to say they were unable to pick them up and reschedule.
That will be another day wasted waiting.

Untrue reply to my review ?

Another 1 star as clearly your reply to my review is untrue !
I was not given another slot for the mot infact your mechanic told me that ' I could leave my vehicle at the garage if I wanted to, but that he could not assure me that he would have time to look at it today as they are to busy and that I would then have to make arrangements for another date with them '
All that for 4 minutes over the tme.
If I was given the option to have the slot of the other car I would have gladly taken it as I do work and don't have time to book other days off, instead I had to go another garage who slotted me in without any hassles and could not have been anymore helpful. Didn't take an hour !
I appreciate the phone call apology and the discount coupon but both refused due to the lack of customer satisfaction and gladly now when the truth isn't told !
I will steer well clear of your garage services now !

Disgusting customer service !

4 mins late this morning for my mot due to traffic and they refused my mot ! obviously they like to pick and choose their work in Whitburn !
Disgusting customer service and would not recommend them.
Mechanics all standing behind the desk when I went in obviously not in any rush to do anything.

Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry that we could not carry out your MOT at the appointed time due to you arriving a bit later than was arranged.

MOT Tests run in order and are given 1 hour time slots. We do have customers that fail to turn up for various reasons. When a customers has not met the arranged time we move onto the next, car.

Once an MOT test is logged onto the DVSA system the test cannot be halted or changed, it has to go ahead. This is what happened in your case. You arrived later than arranged and the next car was tested so that other customers were not put out by a delay not caused by D&G Autocare. However, you were offered the slot of the vehicle that had taken your place.

The testing station is covered by one MOT Tester. The other mechanics behind the desk were receiving their work orders from the Branch Manager at the start of their shift, including arranging vehicle collections and drop offs.

Only interested in the money

Bought a pair of shoes and paid next day delivery, a week so far and nothing, parcel sitting at Hermes local depot but they can't be bothered to attempt to deliver it and sports direct aren't bothered about chasing it up.
Time to go through PayPal and claim my money back.j
