10 parcels now missing with Hermes.
Tracking stops at the local depot and nobody brings them out !
Customer service is non existent and doesn't care !
One driver that did bring a parcel was found to be dumping the rest in a local forest yet marking them as delivered.
AVOID !

Parcels 2 go is a rip off !
Be very careful using parcels 2 go as they are now asking for extra charges for a parcel that has been delivered !
They are saying there was a problem with my parcel and are tryinhg to con another £42 from me plus the £30 i have already paid.
Total £72 to deliver a parcel from Scotland to Scotland !
Use another site or go direct to the couriers page and you will probably get a better deal !

If I buy something on eBay and the sellers send the parcels with Hermes I never get them. Hermes keeps stealing my parcels ! Very rarely does Hermes ever deliver a parcel to me.
Please stop using Hermes as they are thieves !
Last 5 parcels have disappeared and never seen again.

9 days I have been waiting for 1 parcel the other is 6 days !
I want both of my parcels ! sick of seeing delayed please wait another 24hrs !
Hermes is USELESS please avoid and use other couriers. Can not complain anywhere !

Paid with PayPal thank goodness and PayPal dispute launched, bought a pair of trousers and nothing ! Never posted them ! Avoid using this place !
