First and last time I order…

First and last time I order extinguishers from this company !
The 3 litre multi foam extinguisher was dated 2022, nearly a year old and the pressure needle was barely in the green to indicate not fully charged. So much for being new extinguishers!
Avoid !
Customer service is beyond appalling and non existent.
Clearly these extinguishers are not checked before being sent out and they rely on people not checking them.

Clearly you're not telling the truth about trying to reach me as I have emails from your so called customer service trying to sort this faulty extinguisher you have sent me.
Barely in the green may be acceptable to you but not to me it's not ! It's clearly shows the extinguisher is not fully charged !
I paid for a fully charged extinguisher !

I am very sorry about any confusion over fire extinguisher dates. We have tried to reach you a few times but cannot get a reply.

Our supplier is the only UK supplier of 3 litre multi-foams and they are not as popular as other models. For that reason they are only manufactured in batches once or twice a year. It's similar to many new cars that are built and then stored at airfields waiting to be purchased. Their warranties start from when they are registered even though they may have been made a year or so earlier.

Your extinguisher's warranty starts from the date you receive it, not from the date of manufacture. We also give you a unique 6-year warranty to ensure it is covered until its first British Standard "extended service".

You mention the gauge being "barely in the green". Please note that anywhere in the green area is perfectly acceptable. The range of the green section covers varying temperature and weather pressure. The red area is bad, green is good.
