Waste of money

Cheyenne Spirit features all the sought-after colours of red, orange, purple, scarlet, cream, yellow and white. We have a limited supply - so if you want to get your hands on these beauties, do order today!
Pack of TEN Plants, each supplied in an approx. 2 litre pots, full of buds and flowers as pictured in season, across a wide colour range.
This was the description. That’s not what I got i got a cardboard box with 11 plants in pots crammed in it pots were split plants were squashed, I think one or two plants had a single bud on, despite the description. I contacted them, and about a week later got a reply that was written by ened blyton telling me that they would be fine when I planted them. They said they were out of season. Again despite what description said. Personally I will never use them again. I can never trust them.

The lady i spoke with was very helpful

The lady i spoke with was very helpful. I had no problem with her. Its castle that’s the problem. I had a bill for £93 £3 was for water usage £90 standing charges. And people wonder why small businesses are struggling. So if you’re thinking of moving to them I would think again. There a bunch of robbers.

Giga unclear

Waste of time. Signed up for contract. Gave me installation date, then cancelled it. Heard nothing i rang them and was told they never had the infrastructure yet. and they didn’t know when they would. Done postcode test, i can’t get it but all my neighbours can. ?
I wouldn’t worry i have cancelled the order, and gone with virgin. They are happy to take me. I have a personal phone no incase of any problems, whereas when i finally got through to gigaclear the girl i spoke to was not helpful at all, just kept on about staff shortages and couldn’t tell me anything at all really.

don't get in a checkmate with chess

Please if your thinking of using chess don't, i have been on the phone for over 3 hours in to total trying to sort out my rubbish internet, that wont work at all, or at 1 or 2 meg upload speed. just keep being fobbed off, one young lady there told me that's what i would expect from wireless. and when i asked for a manager, was told they would tell me the same,
cant get hold of account manager, wont reply to emails, I tried the customer portal you cant log into that. its absolute rubbish customer service, i mite even cancel my direct debit to chess, I'm not paying £80 a month for something i cant use, its times like this when you need all the support you can get for your business, but you wont get it from chess, so look at all the other reviews, and listen to me, DONT USE CHESS. this will probably get a very concerned reply from a chess employee, but they wont do any thing.
Thank you for the reply Zoe, but i have to disagree, yes i am getting a new router, but only because i have had to phone up again twice, even going through testing for a hour and a half last week, on my phone time, and being told router was the problem, and i would get a new one, it wasn't ordered, no one else new about it, ? and you are charging me £50 for it. even though i have paid chess hundreds of pounds, and started a new contract a couple of months ago, a new customer would get a router, why do i have to pay. there is no loyalty to long term customer.

I do appreciate your frustrations, but on the basis the service is live with Chess and we are providing this, we will require payment on time to avoid your services being restricted. I would therefore advise you to not cancel the direct debit to ensure you invoices are paid on the required date and no avoid any additional administration charges being added.

What a rip off

What a rip off insured my bike with them. At a cost of £135 sold the bike 6 weeks later. And i get £40 back even though i mentioned I would be selling bike soon they assured me i would get a reasonable refund. I am 60 and have insured loads of bikes,never had this before. Last year my debit card ran out, they never told me they had not automatically renewed insurance i was rideing for 3 weeks without any. I wont use them again,or recommend them.
