Giga unclear

Waste of time. Signed up for contract. Gave me installation date, then cancelled it. Heard nothing i rang them and was told they never had the infrastructure yet. and they didn’t know when they would. Done postcode test, i can’t get it but all my neighbours can. ?
I wouldn’t worry i have cancelled the order, and gone with virgin. They are happy to take me. I have a personal phone no incase of any problems, whereas when i finally got through to gigaclear the girl i spoke to was not helpful at all, just kept on about staff shortages and couldn’t tell me anything at all really.
