Advertising rip off

This review is purely based on the ridiculous advertising that has swamped x! And other platforms, if you click to complain about this advert is forces you to go to their website, then stops you returning to your platform, it has caused my computer to shut down and this online advert needs to be reported . It has happened to me at least 15 times and is disruptive for my work. Get that advert off, I wouldn’t use your company if I was dead !



I appreciate you coming back, this is a sincere post, I again this morning have the same blue eyed almost demon like lady’s face as an advertisement, when I click to reject it it transports me to your website, ! I have again had to shut down ‘X’ , just to restart it, it’s aggravating! If it’s fixed I will take down the post,but it’s a constant nuisance

NOVUNA COWBOYS, DO NOT LEASE FROM THEM

I must warn anyone thinking of using this company.
I leased a vehicle from NOVUNA VEHICLE SOLUTIONS.
It seemed ok, car turned up dirty, I signed for it and left it at that.
What I didn’t do is take photos of the whole car, fast forward to 4 years later.
The car was going back, well under the allocated mileage . The inspection that took place was one a forensic scientist would be put to shame for. Two inspections, the first, well a jobsworth decided one of my tyres was bald in the inside!. This guy has already admitted he couldn’t take the car that day, it was an excuse to abandon the car.
Being naive I allowed it, the next person came out for another 90 minute inspection, now I had a huge amount of charges against me, the car showed a couple of scratches, but after 4 years most cars would.
I was so angry I contacted the ombudsman, they were utterly useless , didn’t ask me for any information ! I was then cheated an extra call out, an extra tyre and a tyre pressure machine that wasn’t in the car!
The charges I hear you ask
£779.42!
I am a retired man on disability !
These people are complete cowboys. I have paid the most of these charges which I used my winter payment money on.
I please urge you to stay well clear of these con men .
£179 for a tyre I had just replaced !
Utterly incomprehensible, I would also add the ombudsman was a complete failure ,

Food fast …KFC, slow and no food!

So I attended the drive through at the showcase cinema Coatbridge Glasgow, 3 cars in front.
I eventually get to the window to order after 10 minutes, then realise the window and the audio box is not in use, the person behind me places an order !.
I notice a small red box that I have driven past was where I order into.
So again I wait stuck in the middle of traffic, now at 18 minutes, I get to speak to a person at the serving window, she said,
“Oh did you forget to order”
I explained that I missed the box as I drove to the window.
“Okay,go round again !”
I explained I now have waited 18 minutes , the blonde girl wasn’t for caring, “go round again”.
This time 3 cars!.
Shove your fast food !
What an appalling service !

GO ELSEWHERE FOR CAR LEASING

AVOID THIS COMPANY.
I leased a vehicle from them, for 4 years, I gave it back with slight wear and tear, with only 22,000 miles on it.
Now they are fully harassing me for approx £1400!
I am a disabled pensioner , I complained,but the company hold their own investigations and upheld every scratch and dent!
This company are modern day pirates!
Now they have added on other charges as I complained about them. I would rather be jailed than pay these outrageous charges,
When I first got my car I was handed the keys to a dirty car full of rubbish that the delivery driver had consumed!
I didn’t even get the chance to look it over !
This is criminal , lease from better companies than these robbers .
Avoid them
Just an update, I went through the customer service process, who investigated THEMSELVES ! Not any independent company.
They found in favour of… themselves
What a surprise, this seems the new way to earn money from you, to evaluate your lease car , they use the company who takes the car to auction!
That in itself should ring alarm bells, that car was looked over by two of these people for almost two hours!. A 4 year old car , which I initially received dirty and had food remnants in it, with NO TIME to look over it.
Be careful when leasing , as the charges for small damage will be left down to you.
No one has contacted me from this company , so the above is a lie , I paid the payments owed and have since not even received a receipt for doing so.
No one has approached me at all since I reviewed on trustpilot, I genuinely attempted to call this company at least 22 times, not once did I get to speak with an actual person, only a voicemail.
DO NOT LEASE FROM THESE COWBOYS

Hotel booked for Seville

Hotel booked for Seville, wife said £625 ,3 nights.
WRONG £625 per night!!
Hotel normal price €144.
I booked it in error, my fault?
so I looked to cancel……
1 minute after booking…. NO CANCELLATION POLICY
nothing at all ! 1 minute after booking !
A complete con!
Now I have emailed the hotel 4 times, nothing ! No comeback!
This company are cowboys!

Cult respond to postal thefts

I bought £700 worth of goods from you, you lost my goods ! The tracking just stopped, I have emailed at least 8 times, I am being told to continually wait, I ordered on the 26th NOVEMBER ! This is the 7th of December!
My wife’s gifts have clearly gone missing , yet I contact daily , nothing.
I contacted live chat 6th December, it is supposed to be resent , no email confirming it !
I am editing this review as my parcel arrived two weeks late, it had been opened then reseated with a pathetic piece of tape, it contained the empty boxes and nothing else , Hermes delivery had been stolen. I have to say cult will give me my money back, when they do I will update further

S&G..AVOID….AVOID..AVOID

I have given S&G, every opportunity to sort this, they have not. I live in a BELLWAY homes estate , taken over by this company, to upkeep our general area….they haven’t been touched for a whole YEAR!
The blame game being played between two poor companies.
AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE !
I have written complaining, no interest, written to their director, not interested, but they don’t want my pay,ents to stop!
What an absolute disgrace of a company

Delivery was on time , the car was in pristine condition, delivered by a lovely man , who took the time to explain and answer any questions.

I want to re-review BELLWAY

I want to re-review BELLWAY, allow the to explain.
I rated BELLWAY previously and gave 3 stars, as I felt they could improve in some areas.
However, the sales team, including Marie, Alison and their colleagues have been incredibly helpful, when things went wrong for us, also PX HUB, who have responded when we have needed support, have also been supportive . I gave the wrong rating and I want to change it, you definitely deserve a 5 star rating, we have had problems with the sale of our own home, it’s only when things went wrong that I can see the real company, all of those people I have mentioned have bent over backwards to help us,your sales team are excellent!.
We only hope now to finalise our home being sold ,then sit back and look forward to moving into ,what will be a stunning build from BELLWAY. A very accomplished and professional company, opi would recommend them, I judged too quickly in the first review. Well done and a massive thank you to all in the Gartcosh office and PX HUB .
