Cult respond to postal thefts

I bought £700 worth of goods from you, you lost my goods ! The tracking just stopped, I have emailed at least 8 times, I am being told to continually wait, I ordered on the 26th NOVEMBER ! This is the 7th of December!
My wife’s gifts have clearly gone missing , yet I contact daily , nothing.
I contacted live chat 6th December, it is supposed to be resent , no email confirming it !
I am editing this review as my parcel arrived two weeks late, it had been opened then reseated with a pathetic piece of tape, it contained the empty boxes and nothing else , Hermes delivery had been stolen. I have to say cult will give me my money back, when they do I will update further
