Customer service is non existent

Customer service in Asda Warrington Westbrook is non existent
Purchased a pair of size 8-10 pyjamas for my 16 year old fatigue who is staying over at her friends house tonight. Got them home and the top was size 12-14 in with a pair of bottoms size 8-10. Impossible to know until you open them as they are folded up with a velcro ribbon around them. ( Thank goodness they weren't a Christmas present for someone!)
Drove the 4 miles back and they only had a pair in 8-10 that cost £2 more , so queued for 15 mins at there was only 1 woman on the customer service/ cigarette/ lottery booth.
I thought it quite reasonable to ask for some sort of discount as we'd has to drive 8 miles out of our way through no fault of our own. The woman said No , we don't do that......
What? you don't offer a level of customer service for your customers when your merchandise is faulty and inconvenienced your customers?
She asked if i wanted a manager to come and I said yes. I then heard her in the phone saying isn't ******** available? Then she took the phone around the corner so I couldn't hear. She came back a moment later and said the manager had said no.
Firstly I don't believe that she spoke to a manager because one wasn't available.
Secondly if a store had made an error surely they should be compensating their customer for their incompetence.
It would have been £1 to £2 !!
It goes to show what lengths this store is having to go to save money.
£6 for a tin of chocolates says it all, when everywhere else is selling them for £4.50 including Tesco.
I certainly won't be doing my Christmas food shopping in here.
Or any other kind of shopping.
You have lost a customer over a couple of quid.
Oh and train your staff in basic customer service etiquette, they are basically rude.

Think twice before buying from this company

I could not believe the unprofessionalism of this company.
I received a lamp that would not stand straight ( bought via Debenhams) and had to request a return directly with Living & Home. They said they will come back to me in 48 hours with a solution - what solution? I just want to return it!! They had not replied after 72 hours, so I contacted Debenhams who emailed them on my behalf, and they then offered 20% discount, which I declined - I just wanted to return it. One week and many emails later they replied again advising me that I just needed to adjust the poles !!! It really was an absolute disgrace. Finally I copied the CEO of Debenhams in to one of my emails and only then, they agreed to send me a refund.
The emails they sent to me, were sent at 2.30 in the morning, in broken English. I think this is a Chinese import company, whose customer service is non existent, and Debenhams really should be thinking twice about advertising their products in their website as they are ruining Debenhams reputation.
I caused me over a week of stress and anxiety and was absolutely unbelievable when all I wanted to do was return an item!!!

The product tate very nice. It takes a few weeks until I see if it helps , not in cautiously optimistic.

WHERE IS MY ORDER

Order placed Saturday
I'm going away on holiday on Sunday and thought that a FULL WEEK would be plenty of time to arrive as you state 48 hours despatch.
It's now Wednesday night and it still hasn't been despatched.
Had I known I would have paid more to get next day delivery.
4 days to sit on it before despatch is just RIDICULOUS! Can you give an explanation for this tardiness?
What happens when it arrives next week and I'm not here???

Awful service

Took 12 days to arrive, they ignored 2 emails,1 phonecall and 1 WhatsApp message and despite advising that I needed it for a specific date a week after ordering, they ignored and sent by 48 hour delivery anyway, meaning that it was late for a birthday present. I thought I'd ordered in plenty of time ( 10 days before the date ). I found Emma to be quite dismissive , not bothered and unhelpful when she finally responded.
My experience was neither Lush nor Tidy!
I wish I'd read the reviews before ordering

Excellent service

I am editing my original review due to the standard of service I've received since my initial contact.

After having an issue following an engineers visit, the service I have since received, in order to rectify the problems, has been exemplary.

Pacifica has taken complete ownership and has not only resolved the immediate issue, but also the overriding problems with the ongoing faults to the machine - unlike Hisense customer service, which is appalling.

In particular I would like to thank Paul and Peter who have gone above and beyond in being the catalysts in ensuring that Hisense adhered to their warranty obligations ( which they were failing to do so for me!)

You have resolved an extremely frustrating situation and I can't thank you enough.
I can now pick a replacement machine... ( Suffice to say, it won't be a Hisense! )

Worst washing/dryer machine EVER!

Worst washing/dryer machine EVER!
The spin cycle leaves soaking wet patches on clothes.
The drying cycle leaves wet patches - even when I've tested a dry item , it comes out with wet patches!

It is still in the warranty period however their foreign customer service agents say that this is how the cycle should run and is normal !!!??? And therefore they will not honour the warranty - and then they put the phone down on you mid conversation to avoid trying to explain why dry clothes coming out wet on a drying cycle is normal.
Absolutely disgusting behaviour.

The worst company I have ever had the misfortune to become involved with.

Don't waste your money on this rubbish because it will fail and you'll be stuck with their tat.

Has never let me down

Have used Gixen for over 12 months now. Absolutely amazing service , it has never let me down. I pay for the mirror service which I think has ensure that every bid is placed successfully. Thank you so much , well worth every penny ( you probably could charge more tbh! )

Really happy with hermes at the moment

Really happy with hermes at the moment.
Deliveries collected and delivered on time and full tracking details uploaded.
Would have been 5 stars but the tracking updates can be a bit ambiguous and worrying at times... i.e parcel missing from van etc, but then it rectifies and is delivered. Also what on earth does parent child at depot mean ??
100% better than they were though and reasonable price. I'm glad I tried you again.

Have used Drive the Deal 3 times now and always have an excellent experience using them. They are polite and efficient and we get a brand new car for the price of a 12 month old car. They put you in touch with the dealer and you transact directly with them. We wouldn't go anywhere else. Very pleased.
