Think twice before buying from this company
I could not believe the unprofessionalism of this company.
I received a lamp that would not stand straight ( bought via Debenhams) and had to request a return directly with Living & Home. They said they will come back to me in 48 hours with a solution - what solution? I just want to return it!! They had not replied after 72 hours, so I contacted Debenhams who emailed them on my behalf, and they then offered 20% discount, which I declined - I just wanted to return it. One week and many emails later they replied again advising me that I just needed to adjust the poles !!! It really was an absolute disgrace. Finally I copied the CEO of Debenhams in to one of my emails and only then, they agreed to send me a refund.
The emails they sent to me, were sent at 2.30 in the morning, in broken English. I think this is a Chinese import company, whose customer service is non existent, and Debenhams really should be thinking twice about advertising their products in their website as they are ruining Debenhams reputation.
I caused me over a week of stress and anxiety and was absolutely unbelievable when all I wanted to do was return an item!!!
