Awful service

Took 12 days to arrive, they ignored 2 emails,1 phonecall and 1 WhatsApp message and despite advising that I needed it for a specific date a week after ordering, they ignored and sent by 48 hour delivery anyway, meaning that it was late for a birthday present. I thought I'd ordered in plenty of time ( 10 days before the date ). I found Emma to be quite dismissive , not bothered and unhelpful when she finally responded.
My experience was neither Lush nor Tidy!
I wish I'd read the reviews before ordering

Avoid this company!

Placed an order on 19/4 but my item didn’t arrive. I contacted them several times but had no response. I finally had to open a PayPal case to get my money back on 06/05. Still no contact from this company whatsoever so buyers beware!
