Ordered and delivered quickly. Only reason for not five stars is due to out of stock issue. I was looking a different colour, no stock availability. Delivery was quick.

Tower of London, great day, bit overpriced.

Tower of London experience was great, felt overpriced compared to other attractions - guided audio is on top of the ticket price.
Despite the very wet weather lots to see easily at this attraction, well preserved, not too many people early in the morning. Staff friendly and helpful.

Love this new app

Love this new app. First time Vinted seller, have purchased in the past. Selling procedure super easy. Unsure of all the algorithm details.. but just keep trying to add on items every few days.. seems to be good traffic to the site.. hoping my sales continue. Would appreciate more control over postage, but it’s one less thing to worry about. Customer service are so quick to respond. V positive thus far.

Engineer was v knowledgeable

Engineer was v knowledgeable, helpful and took time to sort all issues.
We are waiting on teams calls to ascertain if the intermittent issues we had previously on a Vodafone router happen with the new BT router.
V pleased so far.

New computer system failed

UPS are usually fab - new system of theirs changed my delivery address on their system. Frustrating few hours trying to contact UPS and driver - fortunately a competent human driver who looked at the parcel address rather than the UPS system! Needs sorted asap before using UPS again

All experiences with Jet 2 to date have been positive. Flights are on time, clean aircraft. Would always recommend upgrading your accommodation if booking holidays - to help ensure you get what you expece.

Marmalade - Ageas in another guise to get higher rates

As a customer of Ageas, I was disappointed to not be able to add a family member onto my existing policy. Only option was to take out expensive "marmalade" temporary insurance - only to find out afterwards that this is also Ageas! Not happy - should be looking after existing customers. Taking out the policy was very easy.

Organised ok, slow to communicate, not so price competitive

Happy overall with Magic Breaks, disappointed with Disney, Newport not a 4 star hotel, and Disney tickets grossly oversold. Magic Breaks issued a promotion the week after I had booked, more competitive - just frustrating. Delay to hear back from Magic Breaks, (typically 48 hours) mean that character bookings were all booked up. Need clearer information when booking travel that NO bags are included. Only small rucksack. More expense
