Visited the store this evening, not expecting to find the shoe I wanted. Such helpful friendly staff, particularly Charlene. She went out of her way to ensure I had a good shoe, within the price point. Excellent knowledgeable advice. Well done Go Outdoors, a great shopping experience.

First time customer, yes there were issues with communication, but the customer service afterwards has been second to none. Endura care about the products, care about the brand. Quality products, yes they are more expensive, but safety and longevity are key.

Haven't ordered from HoF for a while, very impressed. Quick delivery, item perfect. Only disappointment is to have to wait on voucher promotion, would have shopped again already by now if voucher had of been issued. ie spend over £100 to get £20 voucher.. that's why I have not given 5 stars.

Decathlon great value for money, staff extremely helpful - disappointed that the online service does not update when item is ready to collect in-store. Would save a frustrating trip or time looking for info - or in my case three!

Their system duplicated my order, charged my card twice. Cannot contact via email or phone (waited 25mins on hold). Superdry to date have always been excellent, but seriously need to look at customer service online. Very unhappy customer.

Quick and Simple to sort, although would have preferred the renewal quote to be an honest one - rather than reapplying, quoting the same figures and getting a cheaper quote from the same people.
No problems with LV, but whole industry needs to look at this practice of cheaper quotes and renewals.

Living in N Ireland you are charged extra for delivery - despite Royal Mail charging the same rates? This policy needs looked at internally at Baker Ross. Putting many customers off shopping with Baker Ross.
