Issue of tickets took a while (about 30 - 45 minutes), I was waiting at the queue in the hot sun - a confirmation email was not sufficient for entrance.

Easy too book tickets voor Palazzo Ducale and the price was good. At Venice the prices were higher and mostly kids pay there the same price as an adult. So the price via Tickete was a lot better :)

Online ticketing is easy but it will be better if there would have been a seperate line for online buyers to give them prioirty and motivate people to buy more online then stand on long lines.

Even though there was a huge que, it was managed perfectly and we were inside quickly. Anyway its a unique experience, been waiting for this for a long time.

If i could give 10 stars and more i would. We really enjoyed the whole tour. The Arrol was incredible!!! Absolutely loved the music, dancing and singing. Fabulous place and will definitely be back
