Organised ok, slow to communicate, not so price competitive

Happy overall with Magic Breaks, disappointed with Disney, Newport not a 4 star hotel, and Disney tickets grossly oversold. Magic Breaks issued a promotion the week after I had booked, more competitive - just frustrating. Delay to hear back from Magic Breaks, (typically 48 hours) mean that character bookings were all booked up. Need clearer information when booking travel that NO bags are included. Only small rucksack. More expense
