Sent wrong product
Sent wrong product. The defence number was a five letter code, what was sent was nowhere close. Luckily they’re just for the gym so the fact they’re green instead of black isn’t the end of the world.

Review of Evri
Every single time I see this name on my parcel notifications I shudder. Yet again, I received a notification on an important package that was out for delivery this morning, apparently no one was available at the address… a standalone office with over 40 staff inside of a completely glass fronted building. Come on, pull the other one. The proof of attempted delivery yet again a convenient blurred black mess that shows no location, no parcel, no attempt, just a lazy delivery driver.
Put a request in via online chat, heard nothing back. Called to speak to them twice, automated rubbish to say they’ll let the team know I’m chasing an update but has anyone come back to me? Of course they haven’t. Complete waste of time and money.
Apparently they intend to try redelivering tomorrow. Fantastic! To a business address that only opens Monday to Friday so I can be sent a “sorry you were not available” and then send my parcel back where it came from for even more delays. Pick up the phone, you were meant to call me back. I get better service talking to the wall.
EDIT: a lovely “we care about you” reply to this review telling me how to get help but clearly didn’t read the review because I’ve already done what they suggested and chased twice. Not a peep out of them. Waste of time.

Review of APH
We didn’t like the idea of valet parking and leaving keys at the airport in case anything was damaged or went missing. We searched for different options and came across APH, booked it not realising it was in fact a key drop service. We were really happy with the service we received, friendly staff, a great shuttle service and everything went smoothly, so much so I’ve booked them again for our flight from Manchester next Tuesday, thank you!

My account was in credit by circa £40 after returning some items, this was left on account as I wasn’t in need of the money but when I needed some clothes decided to use this balance and it left £5.30 remaining to pay. This payment wasn’t taken. I was I’d er the impression everything was done and sorted, I received an arrears email which I was mortified about, paid immediately and called to query it and was told it would show on my credit file as a missed payment. It wasn’t my fault the payment wasn’t take and I’ve never missed a payment in my life and for a total of £5.60 too (Inc interest) is ridiculous to think that an admin cock-up with the account can now impact me from taking out a mortgage!!
I spoke to a customer support adviser who has filled out a form for me that gets sent on to a team to request this to be removed from my credit file but he cannot confirm whether they will or won’t do it which is causing me undue stress so for now, 1 out of 5, mega annoyed. If this gets resolved in a professional manner I will revisit the review but for now, it’s put me off ever using very again (after frustratingly just placing a £350 order that wasn’t on credit as I don’t need it!!!)

Review of Virgin Mobile
One star is too much. I was with O2 for over ten years and the coverage was “okay” but terrible whenever I was in a busy place like a shopping centre or event. Moved to virgin and ironically ended up on the O2 network. Over the last six months it’s progressively worsened to the dark ages. The signal is non existent. Constantly dropping phone calls, can’t get internet or reception, absolutely crap. We’re going on holiday next week so don’t have time to be messing about and for them to cock something else up so I’m not risking it. The instant I get home I’m changing to someone less useless. Terrible.

As ever, no one bothered to knock on the door but worse still, we have not had the delivery. It’s frozen food and will spoil. Can someone contact me please it was expensive.

One star is too much. Sick to death of getting those stupid no-one was available to receive the parcel notifications. You didn’t even attempt to deliver it as it’s an office manned by 10 plus people. Waste of space.
Review of Avro Energy
Switched online in a matter of minutes, really quick and easy. Supply hasn’t begun yet but so far so good

Everything was great until we had a problem. We’ve been unable to contact customer services for literally MONTHS. The phone just rings and rings and rings. My girlfriend has been on hold several times for an hour and got nowhere. We went into the shop to speak to them where we bought it and got fobbed off and told we have to ring the same number we’ve already been trying and “yeah it’s bad, we have to do the same if we want to speak to them”, really? You pay £2000 for a sofa that costs nowhere near that to make, it breaks and you’re not interested in helping a customer and couldn’t care less now you’ve got their money? Charlatans. Avoid!!!

Absolutely horrific. Very quick to want to take you on board as a "customer" promising the world, returning calls and acting promptly but the instant you are handed over to their representatives Minster Law it all went downhill from there.
I was a passenger in a car accident where we were struck from behind on a motorway. They have dragged the process out over the last nine months, never listen to what you tell them and have no urgency or interest whatsoever and it was always a case of me having to be the one chasing them and often ignored for weeks on end. Treat terribly by their "specialist" and even though the other party openly admitted fault and the car I was in was written off, it's taken them 9 months to submit the claim and report only to tell me that the other side haven't made an offer therefore they will not proceed further because there is no engineers report for the car that was written off and will not litigate.
So despite the fact the other party admitted fault, the fact I've been to the doctors, hospital and physio on countless occasions with reports from multiple assessments with different doctors/physics, not to mention their ridiculous "specialist" plus I also allowed them access to my personal health history and they're now fobbing me off, completely useless and a waste of time. Save yourself the aggro and use somebody else. I feel like I've been scammed and for all I know they could have claimed and pocketed the claim payout. Pathetic. Never again and would not recommend them to a soul, sorry guys. Steer clear.
