It's the first time I've ever called an injury claims lawyer & i spoke to a lovely lady named Susan. She guided me through every step she took & i was quite nervous, but her demeanor on the phone calmed & relaxed me like i was talking to a family member.
Please don't shove this review, make sure it goes where it should & please make sure this gets back to Susan herself. Tell her Anthony said thank you & I'm sending her some rays of sunshine all the way from beautiful London (she'll understand) Thank you.

Never put me under any pressure in answering any questions
I was Very Very pleased with the outcome and the concern of Susan over the phone.

I was pleased to speak to a very nice, friendly young lady about the two surgical operations I had in 2019. She was very helpful and understanding about the situation I now find myself in. I am hopeful that the National Accident Helpline will be able to help me.

Explained well their role and asked relevant questions.

We were very unsure about this process but the guidance and assurance given to us was excellent.

Set of cretins. At least 13 phone calls and told each on the same, that we have everything sorted through our own solicitors for them to just hand up and call the next day. Ignorant time wasters that only seem to be nice when your giving them business.
