Our delivery was made by two very pleasant, polite and very capable young men, who installed our new fridge freezer perfectly and cleared up after themselves too. I’ve used ‘ao’ in the past and I’ll certainly be using them again

Booking our appointment for a gas safety check was so simple to do online but, I do have one gripe and that’s the fact that the booking is done in stages and you have to wait a while before you can move on to the next stage. Once it’s booked you’ll receive confirmation either by email or text which is nice

I had received several text messages from BG in the run up to the appointed date, texts that reminded me of the impending appointment, texts giving me the option to cancel the appointment and texts giving me the option the change the appointment

On the day I even received a text from the engineer to say she was on her way, then a second text giving me her eta, I say her because our engineer was a young lady named Kate and I have to add that she is a credit to BG

I'm in the middle of a dispute and PayPal close the case, this is the second time I've been let down by these ####ing AI's

Avoid this company like the plaque, we ordered two pairs of jeans leggings and they are nothing like the ones shown and when they finally arrived we discovered that the fabric is thin and shiny with horrible fake creases, they were supposed to be denim in appearance. I have contacted the company and asked for a refund but they are giving me the runaround

I recently purchased a pair of safety goggles from Vicedeal which I would like to return because they do not fit my face and the strap keeps keeps coming adrift, that plus the fact that the lens was filthy which leads me to believe that someone had had them before me and returned them
I have tried to contact Vicedeal but the email address I have for them no longer works

Because I use a VOIP telephone system the providers, bOnline, wanted access to my phone system so they could add and extra level of data security, a token, and what was supposed to have been a 20 minute exercise over the phone turned into a bit of a nightmare for their staff member Meagan and not through any fault of hers I might add. Meagan was super cool, polite and totally professional throughout the whole process

I recently purchased a new fleece jacket from Weird Fish, and It’s so nice to finally buy something online that’s true to size and real value for money

I recently ordered a pair of black gloves but accepted grey ones as the ones I originally ordered were on back order but, as nice as they were I decided to return them and order a different pair of black gloves. The delivery was nice and swift and talking to the staff on the phone was a really friendly experience too but, doing a return is a complete faff and to be honest nearly put me off placing another order plus you have to pay the postage both ways

We took out the fibre optic broadband with Gigaclear because BT broadband was only 1Mbps and Gigaclear were offering 400Mbps but, whilst I’m paying for 400Mbps it never runs that fast in fact I’m lucky if it reaches 200Mbps, that said it still freezes and buffers occasionally when I’m streaming a film or a show and this I’m led to believe is because of the bandwidth being too narrow

We purchased a cutlery set from Charlies and it when it arrived it was missing a teaspoon, fearing that I’d have to send it back I contacted Charlies and they were very apologetic and sent me a replacement without hesitation. So naturally I’m very happy with the service that the team at Charlie’s provided and yes I’d definitely buy from them again

I bought the Acer Aspire 5, 14” screen, laptop on recommendation from our tech guys because they claim that the Acer is more robust than other makes, first impressions are that it’s light and compact making it very portable. I do have one tiny petty little gripe in that the caps key doesn’t light up when you’re using upper case, something I’ve gotten used to on other laptops

The DPD delivery driver waited for me to answer the door unlike the Amazon drivers who just throw it over the gate

My new ebike was delivered today and to honest I’m not too pleased with the delivery but, I don’t know who to blame. The problem is that the box my new bike was delivered in was open, I can’t imagine that it was in that condition when it was posted therefore, something had to have happened during the delivery process, another problem I have is that the delivery guy told my wife that he couldn’t handle the bike on his own so my wife, who is off with a bad back, felt obligated to help the delivery driver. Anyways, there was nothing missing and I’ve assembled the bike and all is now just fine and dandy

Hoodwinked and dishonest, I have absolutely no recollection of ever agreeing to have Totaladblock on any of my devices, I’ve even searched them for the software but there’s nothing and when I contacted Totaladblock all they did in their response was tell me how lucky I was to have it and sell me even more, in the three months I’ve been paying they’ve taken nearly £40.00 and are refusing to refund me, I didn’t ask for total adblock, I don’t want total adblock and as far as I can tell I don’t have total adblock so why have they been taking my money, bloody dishonest scam artists

Really not impressed with this lot, first of all I have not recollection of subscribing secondly, why subscribe and pay for sometyhing I already get free of charge thirdly, I can't find it on any of my devices which draws me to the conclusion that I don't have it, so why am I paying for it - the first payment £3.95, 2nd payment £9.59 then £9.95 I can see a patern here so I have contacted the them and all I get in return is an automated message stating how wonderful their product is, so no Im not impressed

My experience at Vision Express was definitely a positive one, simply put the staff were super friendly, very knowledgable and only too pleased to help, the eyesight check up itself was the most thorough I’ve ever had - I would recommend VE over SS everyday

My latest delivery left me feeling a little confused, after a shopping trip I stepped into my house to find a post card informing me that my parcel was tucked behind the porch, which it was. I later checked my emails only to find that DPD had sent me a mail stating that my parcel, or another parcel, had been left with my neighbour and a photo of my neighbours gate was supplied. I’ve asked my neighbour if they have a parcel for me, which they don’t

One Pound Liquid provides a brilliant service but, their product however is a little inconsistent with slight variations in flavours
