Because I use a VOIP telephone system the providers, bOnline, wanted access to my phone system so they could add and extra level of data security, a token, and what was supposed to have been a 20 minute exercise over the phone turned into a bit of a nightmare for their staff member Meagan and not through any fault of hers I might add.
