Not what I expected …

We took out the fibre optic broadband with Gigaclear because BT broadband was only 1Mbps and Gigaclear were offering 400Mbps but, whilst I’m paying for 400Mbps it never runs that fast in fact I’m lucky if it reaches 200Mbps, that said it still freezes and buffers occasionally when I’m streaming a film or a show and this I’m led to believe is because of the bandwidth being too narrow
