Hiring an eBike at the Hub

I’d been thinking about trying out an ebike for a while now, so when I went to Swinley Forest during the week I popped into the Bike Hub on the off chance and got lucky, they had an ebike available in my size. £65.00 later it was off into the woods for probably the most exhausting ride I’d ever done. Whenever I think about an ebike I think ‘easier’ but this is not necessarily the case, mainly because if you like being out on the trails then you will always put your heart into the ride. The ebike certainly helps you get up the hills as I did Jobbers Hill three times just so that I could enjoy coming down again. It also allows you to get your breath back some what when your pedalling on the level, but there are cons, the bike is very heavy and it felt too big and cumbersome on some of the trails too. I much prefer going down the Baby Chaser (Berminator) on my hard tail because I can throw it around a lot more. With the ebike air time is much harder to achieve too due to the weight. The staff at the Bike Hub are very helpful and knowledgeable I’m sorry but I didn’t get your names so I’d just like to say thanks to the team 😎

SoftMall Rules

For ages, years in fact, I've been using Office 2007 because I'm too bone headed and totally against the likes of Bill Gates and Microsoft making billions by the outrageous fees for the likes of Office 365. Then one day Office 2007 finally gave up the ghost and was bottle-necking my work, I then got sick and tired of waiting for PowerPoint to catch up and respond so, there I was planning of giving Bill Gates some more of my hard earned cash when I Googled Office products and found SoftMall and for just £19.99 I upgraded my system to Office 2019 Student and surprise surprise - I got a free upgrade to pro the download was quick and easy, all I had to do was follow the easy set up guide to the letter and choose the telephone activation. Anyways, I'm happy as Larry now, only my name isn't Larry it's John but, the upshot is that Office 2019 Pro works like a dream and I just wish I wasn't such a tight butt

Blooming brilliant service and bargain prices too, I was happy when my wife gave up the rag for vaping, her health Improved and so did our bank balance. Then we found this mob and they’ve done us proud with their One Pound Liquid - but I can’t remember what they’re called, funny that ;0)

Value for money - Yes

Great product and certainly value for money but, I did have concerns over the fact that the sanitiser was advertised as 71.2% and it states 60% on the bottle, that said I contacted Benessence and they explained that the alcohol content can be measured in two ways and that’s by volume or by weight, which one is which tho I have no idea. The delivery was a day late too, not that I mind but for 24 hours I did wonder whether my order was actually going to arrive. It did and I’m happy with it

Complete and utter waste of money

Complete and utter waste of money, the only good thing about this service is the fact that it was delivered on time as promised, and we have Yodel to thank for that. I ordered a luxury bouquet of flowers,a mix of white roses and purple freesias, the roses are mostly brown at the edges and the freesias haven't even opened yet

I'm disgusted with this service and will never use them again, you should think twice before you do too

Having made an appointment for the 'Sleepmatch' experience we arrived 30 minutes early, we were greeted enthusiastically and very pleasantly by Karen, who took us through the whole process effortlessly. If anyone reading this review is hesitant about going to Dreams then please don't be, I personally found the experience very enlightening and fun, besides which I came away having spent a lot less than I thought I would. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Dreams

I really don’t feel like shopping at…

I really don’t feel like shopping at Currys ever again following my recent experience, last Sunday my wife and I looked online to see what tumble dryers and found one at £149.00 left in stock at Skimped Hill, Bracknell. When we arrived we spotted the tumble dryer and sought the help of a sales assistant who first told us that they only had one in stock and that he wasn’t allowed to sell it. So we asked about some of the others, none of the ones we chose were in stock. The assistant then located the one we chose at the Slough A4 branch and told us that they had 7 in stock, so off we went to Slough. On arriving we spotted the tumble dryer and went to find an assistant who told us that they only had one in stock and that he wasn’t allowed to sell it, sound familiar? After further discussion we learned that we could have one delivered free of charge, now we’re talking, we offered to pay for the extra cover and free delivery would be two weeks away but, for an extra £30.00 I could have one delivered the next day - daylight robbery, I’m disgusted with Currys - we got home and once again went onto the internet, we bought the same tumble dryer from Robert Dyas, it was £25.00 less and free delivery just a couple of days later. The dryer was delivered direct by Hotpoint so obviously Robert Dyas don’t keep them in stock either, but at least they never gave me the run-a-round. For me it’s Robert Dyas every time from now on

And that sir is why I think Curry’s are a bunch of robbing b#star#s who don’t know it all

Still Dissatisfied ....

We purchased a vanity unit and bowl from Plumbworld, the bowl has some hairline cracks on the outer surface. I contacted Plumbworld through their website and got an email in return stating that they had raised a ticket (number 709023) they further stated that they normally respond within 24 hours and that was over a week ago. I have since tried to contact them through the email I received which requested that I submit a phone number or other contact details, when I tried the email bounced. Now I'm hoping they'll read this and respond

The lucky a-hole

My wife and I went to Dobbies in Shinfield today, our visit was spoilt by a very rude and ignorant young man who’s comments left my wife crying. Unfortunately I wasn’t with my wife at the time as I had to take a phone call, also I wasn’t able to identify the young a-hole as my wife refused to return to the shop and tell me who it was. All I can say is he’s a very lucky a-hole 😡

Extra Firm

Extra Firm it says on the label and extra firm it is indeed and now I'm getting a cracking nights sleep,. Mattresses on-Line also do what it says on the label, next day delivery they promised and next day delivery I got. I have no qualms about using this company and I'd certainly use them again
