I had the test as above , I was booked in for Saturday morning at 10-30 am and i arrived early at 9.00 am!
I was greeted by a most delightful Lady whom directed me through the whole process as I was not at all familiar with any of it.
I filled out the activation thing while i was at the test site on my own device,
So around 5pm i started to worry as I had not received my result yet, I was frantically checking the email every 5 mins :)
It came to 10pm and I had been reading the Reviews here and saw quite a few that scared me, My flight is today and if i had not received my result I would have had to forefit my trip, very costly indeed!

Anyway slightly after 10pm I received my result and paper needed to travel!
I can only highly recommend the company, they do what they say they will do and I only found them most helpful and polite,, a pleasure to do deal with,
Swift response's to my questions via email/chat,
I would certainly use them again without a doubt.

I went to this site VIA bing msn search engine, and i brought a xbox ,, then after the transaction i was concerned after seeing the contact details of the company , i called card issuer immediately and they told me it was not a secure site and looks like a scam,,
i would steer clear of this site

follow up the site is a scam site, i am in communication with my credit card provider to have mu money returned, It was a total scam, do not use this site

When I read the below reviews I had to scratch my head and wonder if they were talking about the same company!
I purchased a Autel Maxipro unit from cartool a couple of weeks ago, Well I used their uk website and paypal, the unit was very fairly priced and much cheaper then other outlets,
It arrived the next day via royal mail
The unit updated to latest software, i have used it on 4 different cars so far and have had absolutely no problems what so ever!

It is a great bit of kit and I can only recommend this company for their help in advising me about what the unit is capable of beforehand via whatapp

I should of remembered why i gave them a bad review months ago! Now using packlink sending 4 parcels jan 4th not one has arrived! and Packlink are terrible, they do not reply for 3 days for each email i send, then their reply have no substance! UPS will not talk to me as i used packlink to send through ebay,, one of my parcels was returned to sender but not to me!!?? my Goods are now in no mans land and call ups all week they tell me i am not the account holder so wont give me the parcel back!! £155 and packlink dont want to do any more?
Use parcel2go or direct with any couirer except UPS they are now the worst i have ever come across!

4 out of 4 parcels sent internationally on the 4th jan,, not one has been delivered on a 3 day express service,
I am surpised UPS area ctually in business as they do not do what they say they do!
I have had nearly 3 weeks of stress, thank god after i cottoned on the there worthlessness i used Fed ex and the parcel was delivered to the US in 2 days!!!! yet i have one parcel in USA sent on the 4th jan that has still not been delivered! USLESS,, 1 parcel sent to IRELAND ,, not tracked since 17th jan in london!!! one going to ITALY still in london, one going to france still in london!!!! Forget UPS, I wont be wasting my time with these clowns again

Wont be using them again, sent a small parcel 2 weeks ago, it took 4 days to track to my local dpd place after it had been collected,
took another 2 weeks and has tracked 2 days ago in a other country that it not supposed to be going to , they used to be good,
now just a mess

Brilliant customer service , quite a rare occurrence these days to actually phone a company and be able to speak to someone which I found excellent,
Very competitively priced , and questions answered on the phone,
Not the fastest delivery but it was as far away as you could get from my location,
I found this company much better then Argos or Currys , and also huges, I will be ordering all my electoral goods from these in the future, they remind me of the way companies used to operate in days past,

I will not be using them again , they charged me 4 times for a label they could not generate to print , so I cancel it then try again , each time they charge me, then cannot speak to anyone just email , they finally replied I will get refund in 7 days! they took my money instantly ,
So today I check another item I sent 2 weeks ago and its being returned with no explanation and UPS will not speak to me about it as I used a 3rd party Packlink to send it,, complete waste of time and headache

Brought washing machine online and paid for it and home delivery for 3 days later, today received texts telling me to call their number to arrange delivery?? I had already booked it, so after I sent 1 hour and 20 mins on hold I managed to cancel the order online via their silly chat bot,
Then when I went to see the washing machine they do not have any! so they selling stuff they dont have in stock , what a stressful eve, we were supposed to have our new machine earring tomorrow , all I have is a headache now!

Follow up to reply, I find Argos customer service second to none of being the worst I have ever come across, if you are buying something in store and walking away with it then all fine, but the online and after sales is dire, I have spent over an hour online trying to get through on the chat then get the chat ended! its insane, I see the washing machine that I was supposed to have had delivered today was available at £120 more! from £439 up to £559! I feel Argos price gouging here, l see I have not yet got my refund and have found another company Called donaghues that I have ordered from , with a human being that picked up the telephone! I shall not be ordering anything for online delivery ever again from Argos

Brought and paid for some plastic disposable items back in April 21st 2020,
Got a call next day from local euro car part store telling me they can't get the stock so will cancel it, I say yes fine,
Never received my refund , even now called the silly hotline that you wait an hour to speak to some one tell you that your money will be refunded by the end of the next working day, was told this 5 times! over 5 hours on the phone waiting for this company ,
still nothing,
Im taking my business elsewhere
Luckily there are plenty of other car part companies around without having to input silly discount codes that make the price in line with what you would pay at wilco car parts etc,

First time I have used them on Tuesday 11th feb, very decent rate on USD , better then If I had changed cash in USA that for sure,
I was a bit dubious if it was a real company but after reading here and calling, I tried them and was very pleasantly surprised ,
all I can say is I highly recommend them and my cash arrived today!, considering I ordered late in the day on Tuesday that is very good service, as it was really weds they must of received the order, so only one day to get the money sent out to me,

I shall now use this company for all other trips,
I highly recommend and fully trust them

Not long ago I had a bad experience with a delivery from China,
But i have just used TNT to send a parcel to Iceland and it arrived on time!
Was a pleasant experience , they collected from my home address within a hour of booking the collection ,
Well done and thank you TNT especially at this time of the year!

I sent a £220 car part I sold via ebay, UPS collected it a day later from the pick up/drop off shop, the parcel shows in tracking as collected, that was the last ever heard of it, item now lost from between driver pick up and the depot , I only used UPS as was fed up with international delays from Royal Mail, ,
I regret using these also now,
there is nothing I can do, I have a angry customer whom paid for this service and I am now £220 out of pocket as I have to send him another one which will be late due to Christmas,
Fed up with terrible expensive services that have no one accountable for losing my parcel. I cannot recommend clowns that dont provide a service that we pay for and expect to receive.

All went well and got the delivery on time as expected, good delivery team and put the fridge freezer in the room we wanted with no hassle,
I was dubious about ordering a large American fridge freezer online but have been relived that it all went smoothly ,
I can certainly say our experience with AO was a pleasant one,

I brought a LED light from china that cost $60 USD plus $40 USD tat postage which I paid directly to the sender,

I received the light within a week from TNT,, a month later I received a invoice from TNT for £40??? the vat I can understand and would of been happy to pay £14 odd m there were no Duty charges and I questioned the invoice,, to which I received a email reply today being 2 weeks later and on a Sunday, the invoice is STILL £40 , how can an item that cost $60 USD make me have to pay more in god knows what charges???

TNT utter thieves , I have not yet paid the invoice as it has no breakdown as to what the costs are actually for??

TNT steer clear if you want a smooth running business with happy customers, and from what I now read here I am wondering how they are actually in business ,, *****!!!!!!
