Brought washing machine online and paid…

Brought washing machine online and paid for it and home delivery for 3 days later, today received texts telling me to call their number to arrange delivery?? I had already booked it, so after I sent 1 hour and 20 mins on hold I managed to cancel the order online via their silly chat bot,
Then when I went to see the washing machine they do not have any! so they selling stuff they dont have in stock , what a stressful eve, we were supposed to have our new machine earring tomorrow , all I have is a headache now!

Follow up to reply, I find Argos customer service second to none of being the worst I have ever come across, if you are buying something in store and walking away with it then all fine, but the online and after sales is dire, I have spent over an hour online trying to get through on the chat then get the chat ended! its insane, I see the washing machine that I was supposed to have had delivered today was available at £120 more! from £439 up to £559! I feel Argos price gouging here, l see I have not yet got my refund and have found another company Called donaghues that I have ordered from , with a human being that picked up the telephone! I shall not be ordering anything for online delivery ever again from Argos
