Do not use this company under any circumstances. When my delivery did not arrive I email to be told that I was not a customer. When I said that it shows on my babk statement that I was they then said I had purchased a gift card. After suggesting that I talk to my banks security they offered to refund part of my money. Then from mentioning my banks security again they said I would recieve full refund. There are a few companies trading under the name justhomebasics the one I am referring to is in Cyprus.

Homebasics

Company stated that they will give me a refund and said I must do a good review but I must not mention that my money will be refunded. I did the review and two months later I'm still waiting for my refund.

Spammers

These people scammed me for my purchase of a switch lite. They sent emails to say they've received my order/on the way. They took nearly £130 and never sent my nsl. Yea £130 for a switch lite was too good to be true. I asked for a refund at least 3 times. Customer service well there is none. Apparently according to my statement they're base is in France. The phone number doesn't work. I wonder how they spend the cash. I'll leave it for anyone who reads this to decide. DO NOT SHOP WITH homebasics.

Went on their website after being…

Went on their website after being directed from google advertising, prices looked too good, and when the chat box popped up I asked - "why do i feel your going to take my money and not send me anything?" they never responded. Truth is all the poor people that got scammed should have know better, yes they had stock whilst no one else did and at cheaper prices....if it looks too good then dont bother. You can always do a little research, the website was registered in August, by another company...it looked so dodgy. PS im selling 10 nintendo switches for £150 each, send your cash to PO BOX 5134.

I do think Google needs to take more responsibility on who they allow to advertise.

Homebasics is a SCAM!

Absolute SCAM! The website may look legit, but it is not! Found it while looking for a Switch OLED and thought the low prices were great. I bought and then received a confirmation e-mail of purchase but never received a dispatch e-mail. I contacted them through live chat and they did not respond, even though I gave them a week to respond. I then called them on using the phone number they gave me, when I called it immediately disconnected me. I wish I had found these other reviews sooner, I am contacting Action Fraud and would urge others to do the same. Don't be caught out!

Fraud

Fraud - Beware! I believe this website and associated business is a fraud. Like others, I ordered an item online, and have not been able to make any contact whatsoever. There is no response to emails or calls. I have notified ActionFraud, and would advise others to do the same.
