Back street service from online ordering ,

Brought and paid for some plastic disposable items back in April 21st 2020,
Got a call next day from local euro car part store telling me they can't get the stock so will cancel it, I say yes fine,
Never received my refund , even now called the silly hotline that you wait an hour to speak to some one tell you that your money will be refunded by the end of the next working day, was told this 5 times! over 5 hours on the phone waiting for this company ,
still nothing,
Im taking my business elsewhere
Luckily there are plenty of other car part companies around without having to input silly discount codes that make the price in line with what you would pay at wilco car parts etc,
