I should of remembered why i gave them a bad review months ago! Now using packlink sending 4 parcels jan 4th not one has arrived! and Packlink are terrible, they do not reply for 3 days for each email i send, then their reply have no substance! UPS will not talk to me as i used packlink to send through ebay,, one of my parcels was returned to sender but not to me!!?? my Goods are now in no mans land and call ups all week they tell me i am not the account holder so wont give me the parcel back!! £155 and packlink dont want to do any more?
Use parcel2go or direct with any couirer except UPS they are now the worst i have ever come across!
