at the very least extremely unprofessional, they do not deliver any of your paid for items - after you order they say part of the order is not in stock, so they refund a portion - but the amount they refund is much less than what it should be -- AND they never deliver the remaining items

I am still waiting my full refund.

BUYER BEWARE!!

100% zufrieden!

Ich nutze den Caya-Service seit ein paar Jahren und bin 100 % zufrieden! Ich reise beruflich ziemlich viel und das hält mich auf dem Laufenden. Ich vermisse nie etwas. Die von ihnen erstellten Scans sind immer sehr klar und gut lesbar. Die Website ist super einfach zu bedienen (Dokumente herunterladen, speichern, archivieren usw. und schließlich löschen). Ich kann CAYA wärmstens empfehlen!

¡¡¡La peor empresa jamás!!! evitar evitar evitar!!!

¡El paquete llegó roto y el producto llegó roto por la mitad!

Se tarda una eternidad en iniciar una devolución o un reembolso (su sitio web no funciona y no responden correos electrónicos).

¡¡Ahora quieren que pague la etiqueta para devolver el artículo roto que LLEGÓ ROTO!!

Do not Trust Trustpilot!

Trustpilot only allows 'positive' reviews. They cost me multiple hours 'proving i am a real person' as well as sending copies of Emails as well as photos, inoice, copy of order for a review that i gave that was a poor experience so i wanted to warn others.

Do not Trust these reviews on Trustpilot as they do not allow honest, valid reviews (unless positive). I have multiple positive reviews on here & this has never been questioned. i provided them with all documentation necessary to prove my review & yet they still removed it. This makes me wonder if other people have had the same experience & therefore none of the reviews on here are to be trusted.

COMUNICAZIONE TERRIBILE/AZIENDA NON PROFESSIONALE

Ho ordinato e pagato una piastrina per cani che include l'incisione gratuita. Secondo la descrizione si dice che riceverò un SMS/e-mail da myFamily entro 24 ore... ma non ho mai ricevuto nulla. Ho contattato direttamente Amazon (chat) per dare istruzioni sull'incisione, ma nemmeno loro avevano modo di contattare questa azienda! Ho anche inviato un messaggio ieri (17.2) con le istruzioni per l'incisione direttamente tramite il sito web/modulo di contatto di myFamily... nessuna risposta! Ho anche inviato direttamente un'e-mail a customerservice (e-mail elencata sul loro sito Web) con le istruzioni per l'incisione ... ancora una volta nessuna risposta. Tutti questi tentativi di contattarti entro 24 ore dall'ordine del prodotto... ZERO risposta da questa azienda!

Hanno quindi inviato una targhetta non incisa che ho dovuto organizzare per la restituzione.

questa azienda ha sprecato molto del mio tempo ... NON ordinare da loro.

aggiornamento 23.10.20: MyFamily ha contestato questa recensione dicendo che non ero una persona reale che ha acquistato da loro. Oggi ho dovuto dedicare un'altra ora del mio tempo a fornire documenti, copie via e-mail e ricevuta di acquisto a Trustpilot.

se potessi dare meno di 1 stella, lo farei.

WORST Company ever

WORST Company ever - BUYER BEWARE!!
this company should be called "Diva Negligence". Do not buy from them.

They neglect to ship items completely or timely and then do not provide customer service to resolve the problem. Finally after 20+ emails and my order still not arriving, i wrote them to NOT ship it because it's taken so long and just refund my money (as it was for a specific event nearly 2 months ago).
They then shipped it (and of course, i can't use it). They take your money and order promptly but then delay and shipments or customer service so that you lose weeks and even months and then it is difficult to get your refund through Paypal, etc.

i also asked several times for a return address with no response.

I returned (at my own expense) the partial orders, new with tags, never worn due to their negligence is shipping and customer service, and i STILL have not received my money back.

Do Not buy anything from this company and spread the word.


RESPONSE TO DIVA NOCHE'S RESPONSE: (Feb 2018)
i have once again (after 20+ times) resent my order number, contact information etc. to Diva Noche. They also have multiple photos, screen shots, documentation etc. (a paper trail from my side, to fill a small book!)

Their (seemingly) kind response is just to make it "seem" like they actually try or respond. i have not heard anything back from them, received any refund, etc. again: DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT TO JUST THROW YOUR MONEY AWAY.
