If I could give zero stars I would. Ordered a top from this company in a small. Item arrived and is too large. Label on outer package seems to be all in chinese without a return address. No packing slip. No instructions on how to return. Item does not come in x-small so a return is the only option for me.

Had to take a photograph and fill out an online form, then they needed additional photos. I tried to explain the merchandise is fine, just too large. THEY DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS UNLESS DAMAGED and I have to say, after dealing with assorted customer service reps, I highly doubt they take anything back. No phone number, no address. Top was not expensive so a relatively inexpensive lesson to learn. But learn I did!!! (Upon further inspection, seams were off and thread was unraveling. This is really just for the garbage now)

I only gave one star because zero stars is not an option. Ordered a product two months ago and it still hasn’t arrived. At first just empty promises of delivery from customer support. Once I requested a refund for non delivery they have stopped responding entirely. This company is a total rip off! Do not buy from them! Can provide documentation of all the facts in this review.

So excited to receive our Ray Ban sunglasses. Such a great deal, unbelievable prices. My whole family ordered some and we can't wait to get them. Thank you for the affordable products at great prices!

I orderd sunglesses and few minutes after ordering I wanted to contact services and change my delivery adress. I sent few mails, and I didn't get answer. When you order something you can't contact services to make any change. Please, can I get correct adress of your services?

Size is very small and they do not make it easy for refunds either

Ordered a bag months ago. Still haven't received it. They said they had delivery problems and was sent elsewhere, then they found it. Still missing. Frankly I think it's a scam and my money is gone for good. Buyer beware 😡

3.5 months ago I ordered a bodysuit from DivaNoche. It took extremely long time but after I start writing them a month after or so, I realized they had delivered MY ITEM that I PAID for to another person in another address. First, they said it was the local delivery firm that was wrong, but after 10 emails back and forth ( took weeks since they respond only after a few days) I finally got them to resend it. So Iate April they send my package ( according to the email). And the other day when I asked for it, they say that they lost it. I can chose for them to resend it or money back.
I really wanted the item, so I told them I want the item with express delivery. I have now waited so long. Two days after that email I get a new email saying they have problems with this item Bodysuit so I can now get my money back or pick something else for that money.
This company is extremely unprofessional, customer service is beyond terrible and they like to rip people off. They don’t see the value in their customers at all. Never ever will I order from them again, and I will recommend everybody I know to do the same. This is a 100% true story, and my ordernumber is DN70998.
Now it will be interesting to see if I will have my money back and how they will reimburse me for ALL the trouble I’ve been going through as a customer.

I ordered on Feb 26 and I have still not received my order. I tried to email and the email is not valid anymore. I think all that have commended this company on here are employees or owners of this scam company.

Ordering was great and the prices are fair, however shipping is very slow. I ordered a dress almost two weeks ago and it still has not arrived. I would’ve preferred more shipping options than just one.

I’ve contacted diva noche few times and they were keep saying that I will receive my item very soon.. Well i am waiting already 2 months!
I would never order from this website again!

Very very bad. I have been waiting for my order for almost two months already and still don’t have it. Will be asking for a refund but I guess it will also take couple months to receive my money back. Do not shop there.

BUYER BEWARE!!! DO NOT SHOP AT DIVA NOCHE YOU WILL REGRET IT! I wish I could leave a review of zero stars. I don't even know where to begin with What a horrible company this is! Worst experience ever! First of all waiting for your delivery wow takes so long. Once you finally receive your items, they are all such horrible quality made in china and see through. Nothing looks like the pictures. What a scam this company is. Showing these amazing pictures and then sending worst quality items. The return process is even worse! You have to go through a messaging process which takes so long to get a response. It's just an awful scam company with items coming from different places in China. DO NOT SHOP HERE. I'M SO ANGRY AND WISH I HAD READ REVIEWS FIRST. I am calling my credit card company to report this fraud and get a refund asap!
