Wish I had read the reviews here. Ordered 12 products in Sept. 10 were in my parcel, the other two were out of stock (although not when I ordered) and I received a refund for only one of them. Emailed customer service 2w ago to ask for refund of the other or to deliver the missing product… nothing. I know where not to buy going forward..
Confirmed with Dior directly as genuine seller
I bought Dior Homme from this retailer in store in Calpe. After opening been shocked by difference in scent with which I had before. Suspected fake I contacted Dior directly who confirmed authenticity. Dior changed their scent recently without changing packaging. Today I bought EDT Hermes in Alcoy store. Very friendly and helpful staff. Encouraged me to have loyalty card with discount on future purchases. Overall great experience and will recomend as genuine seller.
Worst service ever
Very poor. I received an odourless expensive 'perfumed' lotion and they refused to accept a return sending me around in automatic no reply email circles until I just gave up. Dreadful service. Do not recommend. The shop assistants although pleasant couldn't help either.

Bought a stale/fake Perfume, the pop up to my complaint said they would answer within 48 hours, 3 weeks later after many unanswered emails they sent an email basically saying i only had 24 hours to open a complaint so no help at all, terrible rip off company, avoid.

incredibly rude and since I shop in the Segovia, Juan Bravo branch a lot, it doesn't change. The attitude of some members of staff there is really shocking. Grumpy, indifferent and rude, depending on the day. It's tiresome. If you don't like your job, it's very simple, get another where you don't interact with the general public.
The order never arrived
The order never arrived and after raising a ticket with their cursomer service the status of the order was updated to delivered. This is unacceptable. Their service is truly horrible.

at the very least extremely unprofessional, they do not deliver any of your paid for items - after you order they say part of the order is not in stock, so they refund a portion - but the amount they refund is much less than what it should be -- AND they never deliver the remaining items

Scam Online Platform
Something is defenetly up with their online team - i submitted and payed for an order of 190 euros on 27th of July, and then NOTHING. The order is still "being processed" - i can only cancel the order once recieved.
I opened 5 support tickets with NO ANSWER.
I called the phone number they have - voice message indicates a different number to call -> and the number is NOT valid....I'd be curious if anybody figured out how to resolve this...

I placed order by 12th August expecting the with in 48 to 72 hours. I signed into my my account after 4 days and website says order closed. Shocked, they even did not send shipping details and how the order is close. The word close even does not exist anywhere in description of their order status. I sent them email but after reding all these reviews I am thinking I am wasting more time.
I would recommend stay away from this website and order from somewhere else where delivery is guaranteed.

Made an order on the 23rd of July, it still hasn’t even been sent. I received an email from the 1 week ago saying that one of the products was out of stock and that I would be refunded but nothing has happened. I have sent their customer service 3 emails without reply. So I’m sat here without my products and no refund.

If I could give NO stars I would. Their customer service is diabolical. I ordered something on the 20th July which was not processed, so, I therefore cancelled the order on the 29th July. I received an email on the 29th stating a refund was being processed. I have completed THREE contact forms NONE of which have been responded to. I shall NEVER order from Druni online again and I shall tell all my friends of the issue I have had. Take my advice and don't go there!!

did not send me my serum and ignore me
made a pretty big order. but mainly ordered for the serum. i received all the products except for the serum. 55 euros lost. contacted customer support a million times. went to the physical store. sent a message on WhatsApp. they do not care. no response. no one is working on the issue. no serum, no refund, no apology, nothing. i have been ordering from them for 3 years. it was a first time i´ve had an issue. but it also was my last time buying from them. customer support does not exist, so ordering online is a gamble.

Horrible customer care
I ordered some hair products online. The 1st time they sent my order and the packaging of some products was horrible, it seemed as they put everything which looks unattractive to the online orders, because customers would never buy them in offline stores. Ok! I’ve decided to give them the second chance. Guess what? Packaging was horrible again and what’s more, they put me used tester instead of a normal spray for hair which costs 30€!! I’m adding photos. I wrote to their customer care twice and 1st time I’ve got refuse, 2nd time - it’s just neglect and silence. Don’t buy anything here!!!
Druni sent me expired toothpaste
Druni sent me expired toothpaste, and I can't return it. They refuse me in return on the Druni account, and no one answers from the customer service account either. I have to bring the expired product to the store to get my money back; no refund option here. No answers either.
This is my last purchase from Druni.
