Definitely Not Wear and Tear

Well what can I say after ping pong emails regarding 2x faulty Medium suitcases
Both only had light use and only been used for Airplane travel 4 times and started to fall apart around the zip seal attachment
At 1st contact with it luggage was advised this was wear and tear
We then compiled a email with proof of purchase and evidence of damage to both suitcases
Eventually after a Review🙄 of our claim they agreed to send out 2x new replacement suitcases like for like replacement
These did eventually arrive after over a week of waiting
But the suitcases weren’t exactly like for like
The size was similar but the new ones didn’t have the zip lock system as the old ones
So now we have to purchase locks
The email chain is now unresponsive after we questioned this
The reason why we bought them was because of the locking system as it a great addition

Couldn’t leave a worse review

Couldn’t leave a worse review
They are a complete and utter shambles of a company
All the polycarbonate roofing is supplied by clearamber.com and they haven’t got a clue either
Missed deliveries damaged goods false promises
Warning go elsewhere before you order
Stuff arrived randomly and wrong according to the invoice
6 deliveries later over 2 months they finally got my order right
No compensation until I complained to a manager and she stopped correspondence
£50 in the end
They sent the discontinued end caps which I had already fitted and wanted me to remove the roof I fitted and redo the whole lot
Absolute joke eventually no thanks to them I got the job finished
A very stressful experience so avoid avoid avoid

See below response I actually bought a 100g Volterol tube from Waitrose for £12
You 4 x sample tins are 20g not 25g
The tins last 2 days maximum applying it on a regular basis
I have been using many products with a 10year ongoing sciatic nerve issue and your product was no different to Volterol
Price and size is a big issue as i use a lot weekly
Bottle at £35 is a lot and not everyone can afford £35 on a product that they have never heard of or tried
At the time the drop down order would only let me order the samples not you 100ml tube so that’s the reason for negative feedback
You might think it’s 💯 and works in all cases but you will still get 5% or more where it doesn’t
Money back guarantee doesn’t work either

Hope you are well. We just thought we would respond to this comment as we don't think its particularly fair. We are different to Voltarol in a number of ways but we wanted to highlight the following:

1. INJURY TIME is a natural product. Voltarol is a medicated substane. Whilst we understand there is a time and a place for medicated drugs, we don't like the idea of using these every day, up to three times a day. In this way, INJURY TIME is completely drug free and natural and can therfore be use as much or little as require. I think its really important to highlight this point for customers.

2. You say that we are £5 more expensive than Voltarol. You purchased a Voltarol tube from Waitrose for £10 for 100ml. Our INJURY TIME 500ml bottle is £35 which makes us 30% better value than Voltarol if you look at the ml.

Not great customer service after I have…

Not great customer service after I have a issue with a mattress under 14 months old
There 5 year warranty is worthless as brought through wayfair online
Why have a warranty if you can’t use it
Very frustrating won’t be buying another Silentnight mattress in the future

Update
We have spoken to them and yet again no one is willing to help
Silentnight are saying Wayfair are to deal
Wayfair are saying Silentnight are to deal
So stressful no one want to take ownership of this
Poor customer service

I have already done below and that’s the problem no one from either company will honour the so called Warranty
Wayfair has accused me of lying saying there has been spillage even though I can categorically say there has never been any fluid near this mattress
Now they are fobbing me off with excuses
Saying moisture through two materials, the topper and sheet
And this has never happened before ever with this topper or sheet
The mattress is obviously faulty we had a Silentnight night mattress before this one exactly the same make and model just changed because of firmness
That had a topper on it never had a issue and that was 2 years old when we changed it not a mark on it

If I could leave -5* I would awful…

If I could leave -5* I would awful customer service accusing me of being a liar regarding a issue with the foam in a mattress
Even though Silentnight have said there is a issue and I need to go back to the supplier,still under warranty
Wayfair coming up with all the standard jargon and are not interested in helping resolve this issue even under warranty
Very frustrating 😡😡😡

I have already done this regarding this issue
That’s why I have left this review
I’ve been in customer service over 35 years now
And would never deal with this the bad way that you have
More corporate big company blur and not interested not my problem scenario 😡
Certainly won’t buy anything from you again Nor recommend you

Curry’s are miss selling stock they don’t have, they are taking customers money and not refunding money for months
And some item they do have are either refurbished that don’t work or damaged returns
Then they won’t refund you your money for months
Social media is rammed with angry upset customers families that can’t afford this to happen to them especially during a pandemic
Do not BUY from them

Ordered a laptop bundle on 10th December for my Daughters Christmas and Birthday present,
Store delivered arrived on 14th December, went to collect on Tuesday 15th December,The bag/case was there but no sign of the laptop, instore staff were clueless,had no idea where laptop was 🤬
Took the case and went home, rang the help desk and they said not sure why laptop was even made available as they have no stock for at least 4-5 weeks 🤬
Was advised to go back to the store that evening and find out what’s going on obviously they can’t track the laptop for some reason blaming DPD I expect
I paid with vouchers I received from my company so can’t go back to my Bank
Sat in limbo no Christmas or Birthday present for my daughter as I can’t afford to buy or pay out,Curry’s don’t have any stock and false selling items over the internet
So word of advice always pay through your Bank account or through PayPal
I certainly won’t ever shop there again not even with a Gun to my head 😡😡😡😡😡
