Not great customer service after I have…

Not great customer service after I have a issue with a mattress under 14 months old
There 5 year warranty is worthless as brought through wayfair online
Why have a warranty if you can’t use it
Very frustrating won’t be buying another Silentnight mattress in the future

We have spoken to them and yet again no one is willing to help
Silentnight are saying Wayfair are to deal
Wayfair are saying Silentnight are to deal
So stressful no one want to take ownership of this
Poor customer service

I have already done below and that’s the problem no one from either company will honour the so called Warranty
Wayfair has accused me of lying saying there has been spillage even though I can categorically say there has never been any fluid near this mattress
Now they are fobbing me off with excuses
Saying moisture through two materials, the topper and sheet
And this has never happened before ever with this topper or sheet
The mattress is obviously faulty we had a Silentnight night mattress before this one exactly the same make and model just changed because of firmness
That had a topper on it never had a issue and that was 2 years old when we changed it not a mark on it

Your mattress will have come with our 5 yr warranty Stephen, but Wayfair would deal with this directly within the 1st 2 years of purchase.
