Ordered a laptop bundle on 10th December for my Daughters Christmas and Birthday present,
Store delivered arrived on 14th December, went to collect on Tuesday 15th December,The bag/case was there but no sign of the laptop, instore staff were clueless,had no idea where laptop was 🤬
Took the case and went home, rang the help desk and they said not sure why laptop was even made available as they have no stock for at least 4-5 weeks 🤬
Was advised to go back to the store that evening and find out what’s going on obviously they can’t track the laptop for some reason blaming DPD I expect
I paid with vouchers I received from my company so can’t go back to my Bank
Sat in limbo no Christmas or Birthday present for my daughter as I can’t afford to buy or pay out for a replacement.
Curry’s don’t have any stock and false selling items over the internet
So word of advice always pay through your Bank account or through PayPal
I certainly won’t ever shop there again not even with a Gun held to my head 😡😡😡😡😡
