I can’t find it anywhere and the website is down.
The injury time cryo gel was the most amazing pain relief product.
I am guessing that it didn’t sell enough via Lloyds chemist and they were at the hands of bad fulfilment by Amazon as the last time I ordered in sept23 it came with the pump head broken off.
I’m actually devestated.
If anyone knows who bought the formulation please leave a comment🙏🏻

I think the company is no.more which is a great shame. I have had 2 orders but it was some time ago .The owner even contacted me after a query which was really helpful It was being sold via Lloyds chemist but they have gone so I guess has the gel.
Product not received
I ordered the cryo gel and never received it. The company has had my money for around 3 months and I am still disputing the transaction with my bank.
Missing order
I had an email on 15th of January telling me my order had been cancelled but no refund had been issued. This is true as it hasn’t! However, on 18th of January I had another mail asking me to review my order. Impossible as I have never received the goods. I have emailed the company and am awaiting a reply.
Product not available but money promptly refunded
Two stars knocked off because the product ordered was out of stock and then became unavailable
But three stars for sending an email to apologise and explain and then refund promptly within a few days into bank account

All sizes of the recovery gel were out of stock except the smallest 50ml size which works out to be very expensive. Attempts to order the 50ml or 1000ml sizes just resulted in orders being cancelled.

I love this product. But…
I love this product, unfortunately the company themselves seem to be pretty poor supplying it. I ordered it a while ago, weeks later got a random email cancelling my order as they didn’t have any product. Surely you would take the product off the website if you cant fulfil orders. Still waiting for my refund. Not impressed.

Placed an order. Only received confirmation nothing else. Been 5 days no dispatch notice no delivery in the post. Only received an email in regards to rating the service.

There is a problem with Amazon regarding the fulfillement of my order and the gel has not yet been received.
DELAY, DELAY, DELAY
I placed my order, which was on express delivery so expected the goods within a few days at worst. I had an email from the owner expressing the difficulties they are having with Amazon. I am two weeks post order no response to my emails and feel let down by the company not only to resolve the issue of the goods i also have no defined delivery date and nobody has replied to me. Completely dissapointed with the level of service and expected more from the buisness owner. I would like a response to my emails and a date on when the issues have been resolved. In the interim i would suggest placing the item out of stock for all future consumers so they do not experience the same difficulties whilst the produce is readily available for despatch on order.
