I am so sad
I can’t find it anywhere and the website is down.
The injury time cryo gel was the most amazing pain relief product.
I am guessing that it didn’t sell enough via Lloyds chemist and they were at the hands of bad fulfilment by Amazon as the last time I ordered in sept23 it came with the pump head broken off.
I’m actually devestated.
If anyone knows who bought the formulation please leave a comment🙏🏻

I think the company is no.more which is a great shame. I have had 2 orders but it was some time ago .The owner even contacted me after a query which was really helpful It was being sold via Lloyds chemist but they have gone so I guess has the gel.

I ordered the cryo gel and never received it. The company has had my money for around 3 months and I am still disputing the transaction with my bank.

I had an email on 15th of January telling me my order had been cancelled but no refund had been issued. This is true as it hasn’t! However, on 18th of January I had another mail asking me to review my order. Impossible as I have never received the goods. I have emailed the company and am awaiting a reply.

Two stars knocked off because the product ordered was out of stock and then became unavailable
But three stars for sending an email to apologise and explain and then refund promptly within a few days into bank account

Order was accepted and payment taken from card but then received an email saying the order had been cancelled and a refund would be processed. I have emailed asking for an update when stock becomes available but had no response. Disappointed as this was the only thing I found that helps to relieve the constant bone pains I get from cancer drugs

All sizes of the recovery gel were out of stock except the smallest 50ml size which works out to be very expensive. Attempts to order the 50ml or 1000ml sizes just resulted in orders being cancelled.

I have been charged for goods and still have not arrived 3rd week now

I love this product, unfortunately the company themselves seem to be pretty poor supplying it. I ordered it a while ago, weeks later got a random email cancelling my order as they didn’t have any product. Surely you would take the product off the website if you cant fulfil orders. Still waiting for my refund. Not impressed.

I ordered the cryo gel first time, couldn't get it cose amazon stopped to deliver it. You promised you will send my money back. The money didn't arrived. I need your gel so I ordered it again. Now after more than one month waiting I got all my money back. Please tell me how can I get your cryo gel?

My order was cancelled after accepting my money …. so … until I see a refund in my bank account I shall not provide a review

After several days email received to say order cancelled due to no stock.

Appalling service we have not recieved 2 orders despite paying for the products.We did recieve one e-mail stating difficulties with Amazon , since then I have sent them 3 e-mails and have got no response. We feel after paying out seventy pounds we have not recieved any products or a refund.We are left wondering what is happening with this company?Jenny Pallett

Placed an order. Only received confirmation nothing else. Been 5 days no dispatch notice no delivery in the post. Only received an email in regards to rating the service.

There is a problem with Amazon regarding the fulfillement of my order and the gel has not yet been received.

I placed my order, which was on express delivery so expected the goods within a few days at worst. I had an email from the owner expressing the difficulties they are having with Amazon. I am two weeks post order no response to my emails and feel let down by the company not only to resolve the issue of the goods i also have no defined delivery date and nobody has replied to me. Completely dissapointed with the level of service and expected more from the buisness owner. I would like a response to my emails and a date on when the issues have been resolved. In the interim i would suggest placing the item out of stock for all future consumers so they do not experience the same difficulties whilst the produce is readily available for despatch on order.

I ordered the product on Friday It still hasn’t been dispatched!!!! I know it’s only a few days but you have my money so I should be receiving the goods
