Awful customer service

Awful customer service never ring you back or keep you updated
Open cases false promises spent hours of my time your customer service is atrocious
Do not use this company
They are the worse company ever
Coming to VW thought I would be shopping at a high end company even Poundland is better

I have contacted you 3x since your response with my details still you don’t ring me

Awful experience

Awful experience buying a new car received a good will gesture hardly covers the stress and frustration this has caused
I have basically had to back down as car was miss sold
The sales manager left it to the young lad to deal unfortunately made things worse
Cost me more money now as they didn’t do PDI correctly

Thank you for your review.

I am sorry you are disappointed by our postage fees. Our oversized parcels do incur an oversized surcharge, we do subsidise this as much as possible but regretfully we do have to pass some of the cost onto our customers.

I did a quick check on Evri delivery charges and they only carry parcels up to 120cm in length when the part you ordered was far over this once packed.

Great bit of kit shame on the complex connection to hub

Hello there! Thank you for your review😊 Currently our hub connects via ethernet cable to your router. If placed too near the router or anything else electrical, it can impact the strength of signal the hub puts out to the receiver and thermostat. This is usually an easy fix with adjusting the position of the hub. This set up may be something that changes in future as our products continue to develop.

Dreadful Customer service be trying to…

Dreadful Customer service been trying to sort out a quantity issue
The boots I bought fell apart still had the receipt and box but they refused to refund me the price of the boots obviously a quality issue and they agreed
My nearest shop is 21/2 hour round trip and can’t get there
They gave me a voucher which is useless to me as I can’t afford the difference in price online as it’s ridiculous
Tried using extra 10% code but they refused to let me have them
Now they won’t even answer my emails absolute joke of a company
Timberland used to be a company you could trust for quality
Overpriced cheap poor quality still ignoring me after I finally made an order for a replacement pair but unbelievable
Go to be the worst World wide Brand ever CHEAP POOR QUALITY

Zinsser All Coat anthracite Exterior…

Zinsser AllCoat anthracite grey Exterior Paint
This paint is extremely expensive and very poor quality I used it on a project my rear workshop tongue and groove wood
This has had 3 coats of this all in one paint and it’s awful not even lasted 15 months let alone 15 years
Really really expensive and poor quality certainly doesn’t do what it says on the tin that’s for sure
Recommend you buy something else instead and for a lot less money

Absolutely Shocking service

Absolutely Shocking service
We had a smart Meter and Display fitted
Over the last 12 months our Gas bill has been Estimated for 165 days
And currently this month JAN 23 18 days
So answer me this what benefit in having a SM display And APP when the usages are completely wrong
I have know idea what SHELL ENERGY are going to charge me for my gas
When I questioned this last year they said there’s nothing wrong with the SMART METER, unfortunately lost in translation between here and god knows where in the world but they did lose it in translation and wanted to charge me for changing the SM outside
I was referring to the SM Display in the house BTW
Did online chat and surprise surprise there system is down
So now my gas bill is Guesstimated every month and stuck with theses Dick Turpins of the modern world
AVOID this company and go with a company who believe in loyalty and decent customer service

Bit reluctant to post my account details on here tbh with significant safety issues
How can I speak to someone privately about this with a direct number

Absolutely joke try social media Sean said complete waste of time
1. It’s not live chat on IM
2. I’m over 1hr 20mins and finally admitted there is a problem with the app and gas usage costs
3. You have to wait 15-20 mins for response and it’s either Paige or Leanne or Joe bloggs that responds
And according to there quotes we strive in customer satisfaction lol

So good luck with any energy issues you have with this company because they literally haven’t got a clue
I’ve been in customer service for nearly 40 years and this has got to be the worst experience ever

2hrs 5 mins in and I’m giving up they won’t respond to my last message 23mins ago

Shocking Company and liars about stock

Avoid Avoid this company
If I could leave no stars I would
I am still waiting for my Order and rang the local shop where I was due to collect it last week but they have no idea the order is even in the system
You took my money straight away so order confirmation received
Online chat waited 2hrs to be told that my order has a error and a supervisor would email me that that afternoon that was 36 hours ago
Nobody wants to help sort this out shocking service

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
After email ping pong and false promises and lies
I was advised to cancel my order and re order the item again with price promised as a system glitch was blamed for no item arriving was also assured they had plenty of stock availability
24 hours later they cancelled the order without telling me as wanted to collect from store today as they have no stock
So now 2 weeks after ordering and 2 weeks before Christmas I can’t get my daughter her present we promised if at all from any where
THANKYOU OFFICE FOR RUINING CHRISTMAS FOR MY DAUGHTER
ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING

Rip off Britain

Overpriced and expensive for what it is only used them because I got a discount code from Dailymail online
But what a surprise they failed to issue my vouchers after purchase so won’t be using either ever again

UPDATE to Company
We shopped around and found 2 companies nearby around £30+ cheaper, we only used used as found a Discount of £30 of Amazon vouchers through the mail discount online scheme
But as below they did give the vouchers out
If I read there Trustpilot reviews I wouldn’t have used either one of you

Avoiding emails now no response looks like I’ve been had left right and centre
Won’t ever use these companies again I hope they can sleep at night look at all the other bad experiences
Wake up and smell the coffee people

Used mail online to purchase Gatwick car parking and was expecting to receive a £30 Amazon vouchers

Nobody got there vouchers so your discount code is a scam
