For those of you who left negative feedback please give this company a call. Taking the advice of a reviewer I rang the customer services number. George dealt with my call and sent out a new card to replace the unused one which had expired. Absolutely brilliant customer service with no quibble

Not actually travelling until 2022…

Not actually travelling until 2022 therefore will leave a full review then. However so far we have been very impressed with the booking procedure and flight arrangements. Big thanks to Trish in bookings and Mark in the Flight Dept - both really helpful knowledgeable and friendly and did exactly what they said they would do. 1st Cruise management- these two individuals are a credit to your company - look after them well.
Hope the holiday is as good as the service we have received so far .

My cooker arrived damaged

My cooker arrived damaged. Had to wait another month for a replacement. Customer services team were unsympathetic and unhelpful and failed to return my calls when they said they would. Also told we had to keep the damaged cooker and they would do a swap when replacement was delivered.
A range cooker is a huge item to store in a home for a month again customer services were not interested.
Replacement now received but our experience has not been a good one with Range master I am afraid and I wouldn't recommend them.

Very disappointed.

Very disappointed.
Have waited six plus weeks for my new range cooker finally delivered today but it is damaged. I have electrician joiner and worktop people all booked in to get my kitchen back to normal and none of this can now go to plan.
Spoke to Range master to try and get a replacement asap but no one has rang back yet six weeks to get another one was mentioned. Got a family to feed and no other means of cooking. Can't begin to stress how angry and disappointed I am. Having spent £3000 on a range I will now have to fork out more money to buy a cooker to use whilst we await the replacement.
There seems to be no urgency by Range master to sort this out quickly.

Fantastic

Fast delivery, and arrived on the day it was expected. Fits perfectly and very pleased with purchase.
May not be the cheapest Blind company out there, but this is the first time we have used Direct Blinds and we will definitely use again. Really good service and would recommend

Great service , but would prefer the option of a smaller card, as £3.99 plus postage is on the pricey side for a birthday card

Returns take far too long to be refunded

Impressed at how quickly my first order was delivered, but sadly it went down hill from there.
The sizings are huge and thus everything I had ordered was way too big. I also thought some of the material was cheap and flimsy and therefore everything was returned for a refund the next day
It took 2 weeks and several emails to Customer services before I received a refund, which I don't think is acceptable and for that reason will not be ordering from Boohoo again
