Rangemaster repaired my induction hob…
Rangemaster repaired my induction hob at no cost even though it was just out of warranty (a design fault) - the repairer was amazing and gave me helpful tips on how to use the hob efficiently.
Excellent experience
Very good experience from purchase to delivery and installation. Good communication throughout. Andy and Jonny extremely helpful and professional with delivery and installation. Couldn’t have asked for more. Overall excellent service.
Ordered a falcon cooker
Ordered a falcon cooker. Took 5 months to arrive. When it finally arrived the panel markings are wrong. Now got to wait god knows how many months for a replacement part meaning I can't use one side of cooker as you are guessing temperature. Very disappointed
Ringmaster came to our aid!!
I was disappointed our Rangemaster induction cooker had broken after 14 months especially as we had no proof of purchase. Fortunately, the company took my word about the lack of proof of purchase and arranged a visit by an engineer in a couple of days. He quickly found the problem and we were happy to learn he had the circuit board needed was in his van. Within half an hour cooker was fixed and we were very happy!!

Horrendous experience. I just wish I had looked at Trustpilot before I ordered a Rangemaster cooker. Interesting that 23% of reviews are only 1 star, and many of those state they would give zero stars if they could. That is certainly the case for me.
We ordered our cooker (NEXUS SE) in January 2025, with a delivery date of 14/5/25. I received various emails instructing me to watch videos. The links to the videos did not work and I let customer service know, but there was no response.
Five days before the delivery date I had a phone call to say it had to be pushed back a week. One week later I had another call, pushing it back another 2 weeks. That date was impossible as we were on holiday, so it was pushed back a further week. The eventual delivery date was one month later than initially scheduled. Rangemaster agreed to cover the cost of installing the new cooker and removing my old cooker in recognition of the inconvenience caused. In retrospect, that was a mistake as I was ultimately without a cooker for 3 months.
I was told that I would receive a call to confirm the actual delivery time; that did not happen. The delivery and installation crew were very professional, however they told me they could not install the cooker as my gas line was in the wrong place, which I should have known if I had watched the videos. I explained that I could not access the videos. They agreed to do a temporary install to test the gas burners and electric ovens. However the cooker failed those tests. Every time they turned on the electric components the circuit breaker was tripped. The engineer ran a lot of tests but could not identify the problem. He called a colleague who talked him through more tests and ultimately they decided it was an earth loop fault and I would need new parts. They said they would arrange for a repair, and left, taking the old cooker.
There then followed a large amount of miscommunication between Rangemaster and the repair company (RepairCare), which I won't detail here. But 5 days later an appliance engineer arrived from RepairCare and also found that the cooker was faulty, but he was unable to diagnose or repair it. Rangemaster called 1 week later to tell me that some parts were being sent. I asked what parts and what was wrong, as the engineer had not made a diagnosis. A very condescending person told me "don't worry, we have very smart people who know what they are doing"!!
The RepairCare engineer arrived about 2 weeks later (also after more miscommunication and rescheduling) and installed the parts. The cooker was still tripping the circuit breakers and he declared he did not know what the problem was, but suspected it was in our wiring and likely the cable size was wrong.
I contacted Rangemaster to ask if the original installer/electrician and the appliance engineer had communicated, as each was giving a different diagnosis. I was told that no, they don't do that. I asked why there was so much difference between the 2 explanations; one person saying it was a fault in the cooker and one saying it was a fault in our circuit. Nobody was able to help with this, so I requested they remove the cooker.
Ultimately I am glad I sent the cooker back; I bought one from another company and it is so much better, but I had to wait, and was without a cooker for 3 months (Rangemaster declined to bring back the one they removed).
I have worked in a public-facing role for my entire career. One thing we all know is that you don't over-promise and under-deliver, you should under-promise and over-deliver. Failing to meet an agreed upon delivery date is more than just annoying to the customer, it has an impact in many other ways. We literally booked our holiday dates and dates for guests to visit, based around the agree upon delivery date. I also had to twice cancel the local company who were going to install the new cooker. That is very inconvenience for a local small business.
And finally I have to ask why no communication between RepairCare and the Rangemaster engineer? Ultimately our local company confirmed that our circuit and wiring were perfectly acceptable and the new cooker (from another company) works perfectly.
The customer service staff that I communicated with were always professional and appeared helpful, but behind the scenes this company appears to be a mess. I only wish I had figured that out sooner.

Be wary. There are cheaper brands that work and also have better customer service….
Brand new cooker failed within four days. Further new problems over a three week period. Contacted customer services who have yet to respond to my email.
Disappointed both with the quality of the product and the lack of customer service.

Installation of a Rangemaster Cooker
This review relates to the installation this morning of a Rangemaster cooker by Andy & Jonny.
We received a message yesterday from Rangemaster providing a time band for delivery and installation of our new cooker.
We received a phone call early this morning giving us an ETA within this time band. Andy & Jonny arrived to the dot at the estimated time. A good start!
They proceeded to disconnect and remove our old cooker, unpack and install the new one.
They carried out their work quickly working like a well oiled machine but explaining what they were doing along the way.
So basically two happy customers albeit usage instructions were a lot to take on board and the cooker manual will be thoroughly studied.
Thank you
Poor response to faulty new cooker
Rangemaster Estel Delux was delivered with a faulty main oven door 3 weeks ago. The hinge was broken so the door is not attached to the cooker. It is a separate part so I accepted the offer of the hinge being replaced rather than returning the cooker. However, despite chasing several times I'm no closer to a resolution of the unacceptable delay in the door being repaired. Rangemaster failed to arrange the repair promised, so I had to sort myself. They also failed to respond effectively to providing a spare part timely, despite reminders. They have also not yet offered any compensation for the inconvenience despite advising they would.
I've experienced low quality in terms of the quality control of my cooker at factory and in the customer service response. Beware.
I purchased a rangemaster cooker for…
I purchased a rangemaster cooker for the first time less than 2 months ago. Within 2 weeks the light in main oven has failed. Within 3 weeks the temperature red light has failed and within 4 weeks one of the grills no longer works. I have had inexpensive cookers for 30 years without any problems. Have I been unlucky or are rangemaster cookers poorly manufactured. I’d love to get my money back and go back to basics.
Ben in customer services
Ben in customer services. He was totally professional took time to listen and delivered a positive outcome. Ben was an excellent ambassador for the brand, I felt as a customer I was valued and would not hesitate to recommend Range Master.
Very helpful service
Very helpful service. All my questions were answered within minutes by Ben. Thank you very much.
Avoid at all costs
Our rangemaster induction hob is the worst purchase we have made. It has now broken 3 times in just over a year. They fix it, but it's obvious they are waiting for the warranty to run out so they can wash their hands of it
Even one of their technicians told us that this was their practise. They buy cheap Turkish made goods and then but rangemaster branding on it
Recurring fault and they refuse to help
The oven did not work properly and kept breaking down numerous times with the same problem. Usually someone came to repair. The last time it happened the company refused to do anything about it claiming it was now out of warranty. After sales is totally bad and for a continuous fault they should certainly have replaced the oven. I will never buy Rangemaster again and will never recommend them.
Absolutely appalling
Absolutely appalling. After waiting 2 months for our oven, the delivery date was pushed back 3 weeks with only 1 weeks notice. Shambolic doesn’t even come close.

Rangemaster Classic …
I have purchased the Rangemaster classic 90 in black and chrome and I am very disappointed with the burner caps as they have a shiny black coating that easily marks. I have had them replaced once and have been informed by customer service to be careful when cleaning them and to only use warm soapy water or put in the dishwasher. I’ve put the front burner cap in the dishwasher as advertised but you can clearly see where bits of the underneath silver costing us shining through. It’s very disappointing to know that they are going to look really tatty in the future and are not up to the job. Rangemaster have said they have had no issues in the last. Has anyone experienced the same thing
