Second bottle of this as it does work…

Second bottle of this as it does work and leaves no white residue. However neither bottle has felt very full even when new and my first bottle did not last 100 applications as it is claimed to do even using the recommended amount.
I read recently that if you are not happy after using the product you can return the bottle for a refund. Neither of my bottles had a security seal, I'm now wondering if I have been sent partly used bottles of product?

When trying to download voucher the first time I got a sorry your gift is delayed and cannot be delivered at this time . However the next day there was an email from Gift cloud with the voucher so very pleased

Great bed and customer service from Georgie

Great bed, really pleased with it. Also excellent customer service received from Georgie afterwards when we raised an issue with her. She dealt with it promptly and did exactly what she promised. Massive well done for great customer service

Good communication regarding delivery…

Good communication regarding delivery and got a call 45 mins before they were due to arrive. The only slight niggle I would have is that perhaps a little more care could have been taken, a heavy box was leant against a newly decorated wall and boxes were dragged a little on the stairs rather than fully lifted but maybe I am too fussy
Guys were friendly and polite and communication was good

Can never get a trolley at the…

Can never get a trolley at the Doncaster store yet as you walk around there are many just parked up piled with merchandise that seem to be used by staff. Free some up for customer use, we would spend more money

Having read numerous negative reviews about Popla, I have now withdrawn my appeal with them and am taking Parking Eye through the small claims court.

Edit. THEIR RESPONSE TO MY REVIEW PROVES THAT THEY DID NOT EVEN READ IT PROPERLY. SMALL CLAIMS COURT CASE IS UNDERWAY

I will not be using them again. Go elsewhere!

Delivery not received on the expected day and no notification given. The hamper was for a birthday gift and did not arrive. I hadn't heard anything from the recipient the day after and Yodel tracking did not run. I had to ask the lady if she had received her gift, she hadn't. Cornish Company seemed vague about what had happened to it and just blamed it on circumstances out of their control. Maybe the hamper was not even sent?
They sent a replacement out and said delivery would be next day with Royal Mail, that didn't happen either. Four days after the original delivery date I'm still unclear if the hamper has been delivered or not as neither tracking works and the recipient is away for a few days so extremely disappointed and embarrassed by the service received for a birthday gift. I would not use this company again 😒

Returned my item on 16th Oct with Evri, its still showing on the way to Retailer but I've spoken to Evri who say its at retailers warehouse awaiting booking in. Asked Customer Services at AS to help, received no response.

Excellent customer service received…

Excellent customer service received from Amaala,
I had a slightly tricky issue with my account, not caused by myself or II but it required resolving. Amaala took ownership of the issue and had discussions internally with different departments within II to try and work out how the issue could be resolved and kept me updated along the way.
It is rare these days that a Customer Services person in any organisation will actually take the reins through the problem solving process to reach resolution, my experience is that they just pass it on to someone else. All credit due to Amaala - thank you.

Been inundated with spam emails since placing my Matalan order

Ordering and delivery process great. However, since I placed my order with Matalan I have been receiving a huge amount of spam emails from companies other than Matalan eg Casinos, Medical negligence companies etc etc . Not sure whether this is pure coincidence or if there is a leakage somewhere in Matalan security hence the reason for 2 stars

Why isn't the cash alternative specified?

Why don't Lucky Day specify what the cash alternative is for each prize. I would buy more tickets if they did this as I don't want a John Deere tractor but would like a cash alternative which there apparently is for all prizes.

Great holiday with Jet2 but .......

Great holiday with Jet2. However they need to rethink their criteria for what they consider is an Adults Luxe hotel. The Occidental Jandia Playa adults level in Fuerteventura is definitely not "Luxe". Broken and missing tiles around the pools, jacuzzi with jets not working that haven't worked for quite some time when you read the reviews. Dodgy bodged paving, crumbling paintwork.......etc etc. I will use another company if I choose Luxe again as I don't trust Jet2 rating anymore

Where has option gone to review products?

I've been buying stuff from Next for many years but the quality has deteriorated recently plus the prices are going through the roof. I always used to leave product reviews but have noticed that you can no longer do this. I cant help but think that this is something Next have deliberately changed so that we cannot say quality is poor for the price tag etc etc, or is that me just being cynical

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. I emailed them on 28th March to express my disappointment on receiving my first order from Roman (1035651789). Packaging was dreadful, too many items stuffed into too small bags, my order totalling nearly £300 literally looked like a bag of jumble. I attached photos to the email of what I had received. What response have I got from Roman???........nothing, absolutely nothing !!.
